I tried the premium ceremonial grade and it tasted great. The delivery was very fast.

From them I'm sorry, but a refund does not mean a monetary reimbursement. As indicated on our website and as we have been able to show you, the refund is made in the form of a voucher that you can use on our website to order any other product.

I THINK THIS COMPANY NEED TO LOOK UP THE DEFINITION OF A REFUND. THIS COMPANY TAKES YOUR MONEY, WILL NOT ALLOW RETURNS AND DO NOT STICK TO WHAT THEIR WEBSITE SAYS.

Read the small print about returns as after travelling for 2 weeks or more to actually reach you, they say its a food product. Also CLEARLY STATES IF YOU ARE NOT HAPPY THEY WILL REFUND. Nope!! They issue a voucher for a product that is inferior! Not bright green at all...DO NOT BUY

I placed my order in May. I have chased 3 times and in the first reply - they said to chase the carrier. But looking on the tracking it says Royal Mail tracked - no sign
The replies weren’t helpful at all. I have just reported to my bank

I had the most misleading experience where it was advertised that orders can be returnded. Now they dont allow me to return an unopend order after I chased for a return label several times. It feels like a scam and the matcha is undrinkable. I now have a credit which i will not use and an unopend box I am not allowed to return. I fell for the scam and wasted money. The customer service is unfriendly. Going back to my favourite matcha.

I like to think I do my research but honestly it’s just seems like another scam.
I ordered my product at the beginning of March and we are still at the end of March and my parcel is nowhere to be seen!
I have emailed many times and the customer service is appalling!
I will go to trading standards about this company!

Like many people on here, I wish I’d read these reviews before placing my order with this company. Order placed on 3rd Jan 2025 and as of today (25th Jan) I am still waiting for it. I emailed them on the 16th Jan to which I received no response - although conveniently later that day I received an automated email saying that my order had been dispatched (how convenient hey!!). And now 8 days later I still haven’t received anything. Have sent a further email (repeating my request for a refund) but again no response so will be liaising with my bank directly to get a refund via them.

Had someone use my card to order a subscription of matcha and emailed these guys twice to say cancel it but no one has responded for a week now.

Still not received my order and I havent heard back when I emailed them. I want a refund as this company feels like a scam

Should have read the reviews. Terrible customer service from Marine, over a week for delivery, well, still not here, with delays due to customs errors. Terrible company

Avoid this company! the delivery time is too long, due to an error, my shipment is further delayed and I ordered in July. They claim fast delivery on the website, but this is a lie!

Very misleading company. Based in Spain. You could order and receive Matcha from Japan quicker than them. Over 2 weeks no delivery. In their website says 48-72hrs for shipping which is a Lie. Whole website is a lie to fool you to represent they based in UK but that’s not the case. I won’t be ordering again.

Sent a faulty matcha cup which has a fracture line (they said it’s normal) sent a faulty matcha bamboo whisk which was much more expensive than your usual ones, yet loses bristles every single time you use it. They told me “it’s supposed to be like that” how ridiculous of course the bristles are not supposed to break off into your matcha and ruin your drink! Have ignored my second email. And their matcha has no flavour at all it’s awful. Refusing me a refund/ignoring me - AWFUL customer services AVOID at all costs!!

Ordered over a wk ago, says 48-72 hrs delivery. Still waiting. Today I got an email saying it was delivered to pick up point but it doesn’t say where that is. All I can see on the tracking is it’s in London and I live in Ireland

The matcha is amazing. Smooth, a true green blend and of the highest quality.
Shipping however does not take 48-72 hours as its despatched from Spain. The shipping takes approximately 1 week. Frustrating when I have ran out! Take this into consideration when ordering as the matcha is very good.

Avoid at all costs. They don’t respond to your emails they don’t deliver within the timescale and if you ask for a refund they completely ignore you.
This company pretends to be a UK Company, it isn’t, it’s based in Spain

I contacted the company regarding leakage from the Matcha tub due to poor design. A lot of the powder came out of the edges of the container and has gone to waste. Considering the amount of money I spent on the product I did not expect the container to be such a poor design. If you shake the container with the lid shut, a load of the powder gets trapped around the rim of the pot and subsequently spills out when opened.

I was told that there is no need to shake the container, but it does not have “do not shake” written on it. I have been told that I am the only person who has had this problem and have been given a voucher for the discounted cost of the Matcha. I have requested a refund just for the cost of the Matcha and they have refused to do so. The voucher doesn’t even match the individual cost of the Matcha and therefore I would have to pay extra for the product and also postage. Really unhappy with the service but they do not seem to really care as they clearly are blaming me for their poor product design.
