I would give Mastertronics a minus tin star for the lack of MS Surface Studio 2 units available. I do not believe they even exist. I tried every one of their online stores: from Amazon to the Wish store. Same story: no units available. It's either a demo, marketing mock-up, or vaporware. Either way, I reported Mastertronics to the BBB.
Your CSR's phone manners are excellent. This is not my first review of Mastertronics. I gave their CSR a 5-star rating and a glowing written review that was missed on Trustpilot but appreciated by the CSR. Mastertronics is masking a deeper flaw in the company. And I don't want to hear about the labor shortages due to the pandemic either. I have ordered many electronic items since dealing with them and have had no trouble receiving my items, on time and as ordered.
I'm a fine/abstract artist. I was really looking forward to having a large, fold-flat, digitizing pad. If I could, I would spray paint unflattering grafitti all over Mastertronics building. Rant out. Word!

Very satisfied with purchase and help
Purchased an nvidia graphics card recently and I couldn’t be more satisfied. Especially with the help I received online regarding the questions I had. Shipping arrived early the day it was supposed to be here. No issues, currently updating the drivers as I’m typing this.

Product arrived in factory sealed box. The computer I ordered was new no issues. I was really pleased with my purchase. I would buy from them again.

I purchased a laptop for $940.00 it stated it was Open Box, It was far from that, it was clearly Used, the laptop was very unclean, you could tell it had been used for quite sometime and showed signs of wear as well. It was misrepresented in the description and should have been for sell as a Used item! I quickly returned the item which the refund was processed right away, (the only good point of this purchase) but I had to pay $15.00 to shop it back!
So my first time purchase with this company cost me $15.00!
I will never purchase from you again!

Absolute rip off and scalper! They up-charged an $800 monitor to $1200 because of a 90 day money back guarantee and factory warranty(which you get for free if you register your product with the manufacturing company)
Don’t ever buy from this company! They are a complete ripoff!
