I am a disabled veteran. I clicked “buy” for a simple digital recorder on eBay, expecting a routine transaction. Fifteen seconds later, I realized I needed to cancel the order. Fifteen seconds. That’s all it took for Retail King to show the depth of their negligence and disregard for humanity. They refused to cancel. FedEx returned the shipment. Retail King did nothing. No apology. No refund. No acknowledgment. Just silence.

Then came the audacity: I left honest, accurate negative feedback warning other buyers. Instead of fixing the issue, Retail King tried to force me to lie. “Change your review, and we’ll release your money,” they demanded. They tried to buy my honesty with the refund that was legally mine. Coercion. Extortion. Exploitation. The cruelty is unimaginable.

Because of their callous refusal to act, I went hungry. A disabled veteran, someone who served this country, left without food because a company thought profits mattered more than human decency. Their actions are not merely negligent; they are morally abhorrent and unforgivably cruel.

Retail King has weaponized their incompetence into a tool for manipulation. They use returns and feedback systems to pressure vulnerable customers, denying their rights while trying to rewrite reality. They have proven that they do not care about law, ethics, or the suffering of others — only their bottom line.

Retail King may act like a seller, but they are predators preying on trust. They forced a disabled veteran to go hungry to protect a profit margin. Advertised item as new and that upgrade options could be bought, but it's discontinued along with all the upgrades. Asked to cancel within a couple hours. Several days later, they told me to put in a cancellation request, but I already had. Then they said It's too late. 1/2 of it shipped, he told me to refuse the delivery. That would void my eBay option to send it back. eBay has 100% guarantee so I hope I'll be get my money back.

Absolutely disgusting service and satisfaction with my order, they totally scammed me for several 100 dollars after not shipping 1/2 of my order to me. Only provided 1 tracking number which means they didn't send the other portion at all and then they offer to refund a tiny portion of the order. Tried to call they're office directly and some random guy answers who isn't affiliated with the company at all and says that he's been receiving calls from angry people everyday wanting to talk to customer service. This business is a complete scam DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM!

The “king” is a fraud. I am a disabled veteran. Like life isn’t hard enough already. Now I’ve had to deal with the scammer.

Let me tell you about their business Mindel. They will duplicate orders. If you refuse the duplicate order’s delivery they will claim you have the item and refuse to refund your money. When you leave accurate feedback information about the interaction this fraudulent seller will use your refund as leverage for you to change you accurate and honest feedback. They literally try to bribe you with your own money.

This seller is a complete scam that focuses on lying, cheating and stealing to take your money.

At 8 months pregnant, I received a faulty toaster oven that was a fire hazard. Seller claimed it had been tested, but probably did not test beyond plugging the item in. The seller then encouraged me to submit a return request only to deny it, perhaps to dodge a negative review.

Avoid this eBay seller. Fraudulently deducted 50% from a return. eBay sided with me and I got the full refund.

Never received product. Scam.

It's so hard to believe that this Co is still in business and the owners are not in jail. These people are so dishonest They are selling old beat up broken down items as Open Boxes.. When you call them for help they put you on hold and never pick back up. Or that just hang up on you. When you get an OK to send back the item they don't refund your money or only a small part of it. They say you are the one they broke the item or you used the item and sent it back used or broken. Very Very bad and dishonest people to do business with. Just look at all the bad Feedback they have on this website. BBB, ebay or just google them for more bad information about this Co....

Terrible place to work.

The customer service is excellent, when a product I purchased did not meet my expectations, I reached out directly to the merchant but got no response after almost 2 weeks. I emailed Retailkings, asking if I could get a refund if they could not get the merchant to respond to me. They asked if I wanted a refund and said yes and was refunded promptly. Retailkings is ok in my book and I will purchase again from them in the future!

Where do I even start with this company. First the product that I bought off Walmarts site was listed as open box cosmetic imperfections.(they also were selling ones labeled as used for cheaper) When we received the item it was so dirty, dust bag was full, very musty smelling and dirty mop pads. Contacted them the same day and they said that if we wanted to keep it they give us a discount. We were unable to even get it to work. The next day got a return label on Walmarts site and dropped it right off at a fed ex drop off. They received it a few days later. Was told by Walmart it can 7 days to get a refund. After still not receiving the refund I kept reaching out to Walmart to be told wait 24-48hrs multiple times. So another week later no refund. Was asked for the tracking code and never heard any more from retailking. Was told by Walmart that the company needs to refund me. (Not like I was out $20 it was hundreds of dollars) decided to write a honest review on trustpilot how they are scamming people. About an hour after writing it I get a email from retailking asking to revise my review and then they will help resolve my problem. No not till you refund me. The next day I reached out again and now getting told that they never recived my return. I was very quick to forward them picture that they accepted the return from fed ex. Again they asked me to change my review. Also stated it will 3-5 business days to look into where my return was. And again asked me change my review so they can better serve me. At this point I decided to delate my review. Emailed and said I delated it and would like my refund. Low and behold I get a email saying they refunded me and can take 24 hrs to reflect. Less then a hr later I got my refund into my account. After 3 weeks of daily emails between Walmart and retailking I finally got my refund.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They are not honest about what they are selling . A used broken robot mob vacuum. Then take 3 weeks to return(after being very persistent). Then they tell me change my review in order to better assist me. When I refuse they claim they don’t have my return. And only till I delated the review they gave me a refund less then a hr later. This is criminal activity. This company needs to be Investigated for stealing peoples money. I can only imagine how many people that never got their money back.

The person was patient and tried everything they could to assist with my problem. I was able to figure out the issue with their help and resolve it.

Product recieved was in excellent condition. It was missing a crucial part to make it work though. When I informed them they were quick to respond(on the weekend!) and offered to send a replacement. I replied that the part missing was only $18 on Amazon and would be easier to get a refund for the cost of me to buy the part than to have to deal with sending back the big item. They immediately refunded the cost to my PayPal and made it right, no further questions asked. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!
