Habe vor 2 Jahren eine Master Uhr gekauft. Sie ist leider Schrott. Habe noch nie so eine minderwertige Uhr gekauft. Habe sie mal zur Reparatur an den Verkäufer geschickt, kamm aber genau so zurück wie ich sie hingeschickt habe. Sie geht nur zeitweise und dann immer nach. Diese Uhr kann ich nicht mal meinem Feind empfehlen.

I wanted to buy a Citizen watch strap and Masters in Time was the only place I found that could supply it. Having read some of the reviews I was a bit skeptical at first but went ahead as I paid for it via credit card which offers some customer protection. I ordered it Monday and it arrived a week later. I fitted it myself and I'm very pleased.

Ordered a Hamilton watch bracelet and was told it would arrive in 6 to 10 days. With the tracking number I could see it arrived at DHL the day after the order. Emailed Masters in time after 2 weeks and promptly got an email stating it was still in Frankfurt. The problem was with DHL not Masters in time. The bracelet arrived 4 days later. Got 2 emails from M.I.T apologizing for the delay. The bracelet was an exact fit and nicer than I expected.

I ordered Diesel straps on February 22. Delivery time was 7-9 days. The item has not arrived after a month. When I inquired, they said I would have to wait 20 more working days. I have been waiting for my order for more than 2 months now. Whenever I contact support to track my order, they give me a funny reason. I never received my order. Do not waste your time & money.

Excellent service..ordered a Seiko bracelet...delivered to me in Ireland in less than 24 hours..amazing turnaround..

They had a compatible replacement band for my model watch but when it arrived I noticed the holes on my watch didn't line up. Paid by credit card and now they want a Paypal account and my personal banking information in order to give me a refund. Scam artists.

SCAM, they steal your money. and send nothing

When I placed my order I did not realize this company was outside of the United States. After I realized I ordered from a company in the Netherlands, I figured I lost my money and would not receive my merchandise. Approximately 2 weeks later my authentic watch band arrived neatly packaged with all necessary equipment to change out the old one. A+++

J’ai commandé un bracelet métal Hamilton introuvable ailleurs.

Prix normal mais expédition gratuite et rapide.

Tres bonne expérience.
J’ai cependant mis que 4 étoiles sur 5 car envois peu protégé (enveloppe carton fin seulement) sans autres protections.

J’y recommanderais sans soucis 👌

I live in the United States and ordered a Seiko watch bracelet recently (and I just ordered another today). The online purchasing was made exceptional as customer service was so good. i.e. the one photo of the bracelet was really hard to see, I asked them, and they willingly pulled the item and sent me multiple photos. Also, I have had lots of questions and they were always returned with the answer I needed and links to products. The only downside is customs, my item took almost 14 days to reach me, not Masters In Time's fault.

Ordered a European model Seiko from their store. Was concerned by some of the reviews on this site, but in the end I had nothing to worry about. Overall had an excellent experience with Masters in Time. Watch arrived within 1 week to the US, was exactly what I ordered, in perfect/new condition, and complete with warranty card. I suspect as usual the minority of people with negative experiences are compelled to write a review, whereas the majority with good experiences never write one - hence, I figured I'd share my positive experience here. Hope others experience the same in the future!

I was was looking for a specific dive watch to give as a gift to a famous movie actor that I work with. I needed it before Christmas. I rarely order anything overseas because of all the bad reviews that I have read by this company was great. I’m very shocked about those bad reviews. I thoughtI would give it a try so I place my order it and exactly in 7 days I received it. WOW, not only is this watch perfect it came in a cylinder dive tube along with a very nice citizen bag. The bag is very good. It’s heavy and looks like leather. The watch is awesome. Brand new with all the paperwork and warranty card. They even set the time and date on it for my time zone. The watch was fully charged when I got it. I had a question early on About my order so I emailed them. The very same day I received an email back from Paula. The customer service is A+++ second to none. They have great products and great customer service. The shipping was very fast. 5 days for DHL Express. I highly recommend this company to anyone. Delivered on time and am very happy with my unique to my watch watchband that needed replacing Was very hard to find and am grateful this company was able to assist. Also was impressed with the accompanying letter with my parcel which explained everything - a rarity these days. Would recommend doing business with them

Aufpassen! Das ist typische China Qualität! Das original Band von Armani ist zwei mal so dick und viel besser verarbeitet! Auch die Schnalle ist von extrem niedriger Qualität und billigst verarbeitet! Das hat definitiv nichts mit Armani zu tun! Leider wieder eine teuere Lektion!

Un peu reticent suite aux avis du site, ceux de trusted shop étaient bons. Commande d'un bracelet pour une montre Swatch. Suivi par mail, Ok. Modèle reçu parfait. Bien emballé et protégé. Commandé le samedi reçu le mercredi suivant.

Commande d un bracelet seiko le 5 novembre et toujours rien reçu !! Très mécontent ! Il vous dise que le colis est parti et que colissimo va le réceptionner mais rien du tout . A fuir ….. il vous dise qu il font des recherches . Aujourd’hui le 16 novembre . Toujours rien ! Bref je recommande pas

Bought a Tissot watch back in August, delivery time 7-9 days. After a month still hadn't received this. They then told me they would track the parcel which takes 2 weeks. After 2 weeks I was told the parcel could not be located and they would send another. This company will not reimburse you. It wasn't until I entered a dispute on PayPal that I finally received the watch 3 months later. I would never buy from this company again.
