Ordered a watch strap in October 2022 and nothing has arrived!! I have emailed twice and they say they will check into it. But NO response. Do NOT order from this company. It looks like I was scammed out of my money. It is now 3 months later!!!!!

Jamais reçu, SAV nul

A éviter.
Commande passée le 28 novembre et toujours pas reçue au 16/01.
Je relance Master in Time toutes semaines.
Leur réponse nous ne pouvons rien faire jusqu’à la fin des investigations avec le transporteur. Lorsqu’ils répondent, ils refusent de se positionner sur une nouvelle expédition ou un remboursement.
A éviter.

Nous sommes vraiment désolés de vous avoir causé un tel sentiment par rapport a votre commande 10082353 du 9 Décembre.
Malheureusement, dans ces situations, nous ne pouvons pas rembourser ou renvoyer une commande sans avoir un retour des services postaux indiquant que la commande est perdue ou égarée, comme vous pouvez certainement le comprendre.
Et, malgré une pression quotidienne depuis le 21, date du lancement du sondage et de l'enquête officielle, nous ne contrôlons pas les services postaux, qui mettent un certain temps à enquêter sur ces situations (malheureusement, elles prennent souvent environ 2-3 semaines).
Aujourd'hui, nous avons enfin obtenu leur réponse et nous vous contacterons par email pour régler la situation, car la satisfaction de nos clients est notre priorité.
Encore une fois nous nous excusons pour la situation et la gêne occasionnée.

BUYER BEWARE!!!

I ordered a Fossil Smartwatch back in October. I received the watch out of original packaging and missing the dock. When I asked them what was going on they sent me a screwdriver?!
I said I wanted to return and refund it and they agreed and sent me their address. I posted the item back in October and it arrived in the Netherlands but was returned to sender last week. After speaking with Australia post, I've been informed that they were contacted and didn't pick up the item so it's now back with me. I spent nearly $500 on the item and $50 to send it and I'm still stuck with a watch that won't turn on.

Mauvaise expérience!!!

Je passe commande, et j’attends mon bracelet de marque festina, les tiges, et l’accessoire pour monter le bracelet. la commande est annulé, de la part de masters in time .je demande une explication, la réponse de masters in time. ‘‘Il n’a aucune explication à me donner. Il me dit qu’il ne sais pas pourquoi la commande à été annulé’’. Il me propose de me rembourser, ok. Cela fait bientôt deux semaines et j’attends encore mon remboursement concernant ma commande. Service clients ZÉRO !!

On vous remercie pour votre message et on est désolés de votre mauvaise expérience. Malheureusement un changement de système informatique à causé des errors et soucis comme celui que vous avez rencontré, des commandes annulées sans aucune raison apparent et pour cela on vous présente toutes nos excuses. Dans ces situations l'authorisation de payement crée par votre banque au moment de la commande est annulée. On avait transmis cette information a votre banque le jour même, mais on va leur recontacter pour savoir pourquoi ce soucis, vue que vous ne l'avez pas encore sur votre compte.
On vous recontacte aussi par email pour vous donner la meilleur solution, car pour nous la satisfaction client est une priorité.

Fuyez ce site !

Attention, Fuyez ce marchand, il vend beaucoup plus cher et sous ces apparences rassurantes, vous ne pouvez pas annuler votre commande ( fait la soude oreille) et ne prend pas en charge les frais de retour ! Pour ma pars , un bracelet Bulova acheté 141,29€ port inclus le 26/10 à 10H10, a 14H je me suis aperçu que le fabriquant le vend 90€ port inclus . j'ai donc demandé l'annulation le même jour (26/10) à 16h30 ,et bien sûre aucune réponse. Le 27/10 je reçois un mail confirmant l'expédition , donc plus possible d'annuler. Fuyez ce marchand

Comme on vous à indiqué par email, le moment où vous avez demandé a annuler votre commande elle était déjà traité et avec les services postaux et on ne pouvait plus l'annuller.
On vous a bien indiqué la possibilité de refuser acceptation ou nous la retourner te on vous à aussi bien indiqué le moyen de retour et qu'on allait vous rembourser ces frais de retour en suivant nos instructions.
On veut bien vous aider a résoudre cette situation et si on peut encore vous aider sur d'autres questions, n'hésitez pas a nous contacter.

Watch sold under wrong name

I bought a number of things, and they arrived in just a few days! But the strap was not the one I ordered, though still a good fit for the watch it was intended for. I also bought a "Timex IQ Yacht Racer" watch. It was not the Watch Racer model and did not have the yacht racer function. I returned it and got my money back in no time. But MIT took no notice of my comments and immediately put the watch for sale again under the same, incorrect, name. I left a review in their webshop, which they refused. They also reactivated a link to a totally irrelevant manual for an IQ+ watch (which this is not) and they state that the watch has the Indiglo function, which it certainly doesn't.

We have taken a look at your order, and we have noticed you picked the unregistered shipping method. This is the cheapest available shipping method, so ideal to save on shipping costs. However, it means that the postal partner will look for rest volumes in local carriers to transport your parcel. It therefor has no tracking, and has a longer delivery time.

In case you prefer a speedy and traceable delivery, a different more expensive shipping method is recommanded.

For now, we will contact you to stay in touch and support you until the parcel will be delivered. And of course, we remain 100% repsonsible until safe delivery has taken place. Should it take too long and loss of the parcel will become presumeable, we will of course compensate you in full.

Impressive service

Purchased watch from U.S. Was sent with all paperwork, including completed warranty card, and well packaged. And (was sent and) received very promptly.
IMPRESSIVE service all around, thank you!

(P.S. Watch came mostly with no protective plastic stickers (save one on clasp). Was surprised at first, but I see that this is the company's SOP, per prior review. So not a problem.)

They send a watch without protection…

They send a watch without protection film and there are so many dirts and finger prints on watch.
Seem like they sending watches which displayed at shop and have tried on by many people. I complained to CS team and got a reply said they remove all plastic for quality control and leave finger prints.
I feel like I bought a second hand watch with brand new price.

NIE WIEDER !! Webseite endet auf.de

Webseite endet auf.de ! Ware wird aber aus Holland versandt !
Zugesagter Liefertermin wurde nicht eingehalten, Ware ging zurück da auch noch eine falsche Adresse angegeben wurde durch den Versender ! Die "Warenpost" ( für den Versand über 6 Euro berechnet !) liegt nun seit Tagen bei der Paketermittlung der DHL . Angeblich ist auch der Absender nicht klar definiert ! NIE WIEDER ! ICH SOLL JETZT BEWEISEN DASS ICH DIE WARE NICHT ERHALTEN HABE UND DER ABSENDER MUSS DEN RÜCKERHALT BESTÄTIGEN DAMIT KLARNA AUF DIE BEZAHLUNG DER RECHNUNG VERZICHTET !! SO hamma des wirklich gern !!! Einfach dreist ! Keine telefonische erreichbarkeit und EMails werden nicht beantwortet !

Schlechte Lieferzeit, schnelle Bearbeitung - Uhr läuft nicht

Auf der Website wird groß damit geworben, dass der Artikel bei einer Bestellung vor 20:00 Uhr bis zu einem bestimmten Tag geliefert werden soll.

Ich habe am Sonntag bestellt, somit sollte der Artikel am Mittwoch ankommen. Da die Website mastersintime.de (also eine deutsche Adresse) war dachte ich, dass dem nichts im Wege steht.

Die Bestellung wurde schnell bearbeitet und am nächsten Werktag direkt abgeschickt, jedoch aus den Niederlanden.
Natürlich wäre es mit einer entsprechenden Versandoption auch möglich, jedoch wird mit der Standard-Versandoption eines bekannten Logistikunternehmens nach Deutschland gesendet, immerhin geht es von dort aus mit Warenpost weiter.
Der Anbieter will hiermit offensichtlich Kosten sparen und interessiert wenig für das Einhalten des Lieferversprechens.

Das Ende vom Lied: Paket hängt vier Tage lang auf dem Weg von NL nach DE, danach zwei Werktage mit Warenpost.

Wenn man schon ein solches Versprechen angibt und sogar noch damit wirkt, dann sollte man es auch einhalten.

Positiv anzumerken ist, dass man bei den Uhren gleich kostenlos das Armband kürzen lassen kann. Die Bearbeitungszeit ist außerdem auch sehr schnell, Paket wird am selben Werktag noch abgeschickt (auch mit Armbandeinstellung).
Zudem ist der Service wirklich gut.
