MasterFinish offered the best choice of wood dyes for the job with the brand/colour I was looking for together with a choice of sizes - 100ml, 500ml & 1L. Order was shipped same day and delivered next day for only £2 extra. Great service and I will now be looking at other products they sell.

Products as described however No confirmation on delivery. Order took nearly a week to arrive.
I had to email for update on order which I did then get a quick response and update. Next time I would consider purchasing from another supplier if I required items quickly and who update customers when order will actually be delivered. But items arrived well packaged with no shortages or damage.

I am very disappointed with the delivery. I paid £5 extra for delivery and the delivery has not yet been received. That's why I only give you one star. The products are good but you have problems with the delivery. Now I have to waste time contacting you to ask why I didn't get the product I need so much. :(

I can see that the order was despatched on the day it was placed. From the tracking information I can see the courier has tried 3 times to deliver your parcel but with no luck.

We sent out the parcel for next day delivery with Parcelforce as per your instructions. Parcelforce has not delivered your parcel on time.
We have recognised that your delivery will be 24 hours later than it should be and we have refunded you the Express delivery charge you paid.
We apologies for any inconvenience caused. As I am sure you can appreciate Parcelforce not delivering on time is out of our control.
