I feel totally scammed by this company

I feel totally scammed by this company. They give a "quote" but it is actually just for the visit and taking photos, then they want to be paid at least the same amount again (which they don't communicate beforehand) for another visit and the alleged "fix" plus any part, so the price goes into multiple hundred £££ just for a small repair. Never again.

We want to clarify that the initial quote provided is for the site visit, inspection, and diagnosis, which is outlined at the time of booking. Any repair work, additional visits, or parts required are quoted separately once the issue has been properly assessed, as costs can vary depending on what’s found on site.

That said, it’s clear from your comments that our communication didn’t meet your expectations, and for that we sincerely apologise. We never want a customer to feel misled or caught off guard by pricing.

The master group came to change the locks on my house in an emergency situation. They were fast and efficient. I would highly recommend.

We have been using Master Care for 3…

We have been using Master Care for 3 months now. The app and desktop is very user freindly, We get a set low rate for any jobs we need doing. We only pay £50 a month for the gold subscription which give covers our whole property for maintenace, Free boiler service annually and free annual service of our doors and windows
