My experience with this company left me feeling like a victim. The owner, Jhonatas Coelho overcharged me for a simple job and presented me with an outrageous bill which I consider price gouging. I was never presented with an itemized bill until it was emailed to me at a later date. They installed a kitchen faucet supplied by me, which required no parts, and replace the sink drain and strainer. They presented me with a bill of $595! I protested his price gouging price practice, and he lowered it to $510. This was not a $595 or $510 job. I did speak to a local plumber who agreed the price was exorbitant. I ultimately had to pay it. I then filed a BBB compliant, but Mr. Jhonatas feels because I signed for the job after it was done, it's okay to charge exorbitant prices and refused a reasonable refund. I strongly protested his price and felt forced to sign because the work was done. My suggestion to everyone is to get several quotes for work and beware of companies like this. I didn't because he was recommended by the countertop company, who said he would give a fair price. Homeowners beware, I feel this kind of price gouging is an epidemic here in Florida, especially in the 55+ communities like mine and needs to be addressed by our local politicians.
