AVOID. Disgraceful firm and principle solicitor - Mr Liam Kotrie-Monson - who's conduct I am in the process of logging a formal complaint about, and reporting to the ombudsman.

Liam Kotrie-Monson worked with prosecution to agree a plea without my consent. He outright lied in documentation produced by the firm - in my case claiming I refused to provide a telephone number in court. He was disrespectful to me, the usher, and the judge. Quotes include 'he is just an usher', 'do you want me to represent you?', 'do you know who I am?', 'check me out on the BBC.', 'don't patronise me'.

Liam Kotrie-Monson also communicated that he would stop representing me moments before having to appear in court. He also communicated that the firm would stop representing me if I reported his behaviour and logged a formal complaint.

Liam Kotrie-Monson broke client confidentiality; he disclosed my private health information and shared details of another client's case and plea with me.

This firm uses social media and telecommunications platforms to legitimise and build a positive public image of themselves.

I came to Mary Monson's solicitors and I was falsely blamed for indecent assault, murder and kidnap.
