I received excellent advice and support from Taz. She was very capable and organised. Her colleague Liam also assisted, but the drive for my case and it's success was all Taz. Several of the addresses presented as Mary Monson Solicitors’ locations are not, to my knowledge, genuine offices from which the firm ordinarily operates. Some are addresses associated with barristers’ chambers or chambers annexes. Mary Monson Solicitors does not occupy or share those premises as an ordinary resident business, and its staff are not routinely based there.

Occasional access to a meeting room or permission to use premises for a particular appointment does not make that address one of the firm’s offices or locations. The Sheffield phone number is also misleading. There is no one answering from that location.
Presenting such addresses in that way creates a misleading impression about the firm’s physical presence and operational footprint.

Trustpilot and Mary Monson Solicitors should verify the basis upon which each location has been listed and clearly distinguish genuine staffed offices from occasional meeting facilities, virtual addresses or premises belonging to entirely separate professional organisations. My review is entirely in line with the guidelines here and is based on a genuine interaction with the firm. The firm should not be able to take this down.

We have recently used the services of Caitlin Scholey-Watson at Mary Monson Solicitors.

Unfortunately, the case involved our son and she provided an unbelievable level of support to both him and ourselves over the nine months period before the case went to Court. This was maintained throughout the lengthy Court proceedings.
