I was made to feel extremely comfortable after my long time in custody by Nicola Tyres of Mary Monson solicitors who came to visit me in the morning, explained everything in a calm way, made me feel at ease when unsettled and was extremely helpful before, during and after interview. Not only this, Nicola Tyres kept up to date with me in my case during the year long period of my case and made me constantly feel at ease during this. Was very knowledgeable in the field and cared about my welfare during a turbulent period during this. Nicola Tyres kept me up to date with everything that was with my case, and took the time to care about my welfare. My outcome of this was successful, solicitor Liam made me also feel at ease during my time at magistrates and Nicola kept me calm before and during my time at magistrate court. I felt comfortable telling Nicola things about my case, and felt no judgment from her or Liam. Nicola was easily accessible via telephone and made the time for me also. If it wasn’t for Nicola during my time in custody or Mary monson being my solicitors I feel I would of panicked as it was my first time arrest and time in custody. When I visited in Swinton I felt comfortable and that staff was very polite and staff on the phone were extremely helpful also. If it wasn’t for Nicola Tyres, I felt I would I handled this process a lot worse, and the fact Nicola followed up after the case was very polite. I feel if there was another event in which I would need a solicitor or legal help, I would choose Mary Monson, they are also very easy to access via phone and email. I couldn’t have asked for a better solicitors at short term notice. Thankyou once again for my brilliant outcome. Liam was also very good during magistrates at explaining my circumstances and maintenance of confidentiality when other legal terms weren’t like this during this case, he was also very sensitive to my circumstances just like Nicola was. I must extend my sincerest gratitude towards Jamie and Liam for the help and advice I received whilst going through one of the most stressful experiences of my life with the police. It can be overwhelming and axiety-provoking when you find yourself in situations such as these.

However, Jamie often emailed me out of hours or at weekends which was enough to highlight her level of dedication and professionalism. Liam was reassuring in our initial meeting and managed to help me think rationally about the situation.

Subsequently, the charges were dropped against me by the police. Sometimes it may seem obvious that a favourable outcome will be obtained without the need for professional legal help, but I know now that it always worth seeking legal help, and I cannot recommend this firm and the individuals I dealt with enough.
