I found myself in the most unfair and unjust accusation relating to an occurrence 30 years ago. The way I have been treated by the Police and CPS throughout the process over a 3 year period has been unacceptable and unjust. I was arrested in early 2024 and after 6 months I was given NFA and my property was returned. I had no previous interactions with the police and was clueless about how the criminal justice system works.

Initially, I called 10+ solicitors to ask for help and only 1 listened to me without interruption, encouraged me to research other solicitors before committing and told me that my life wasn’t over whatever the outcome. For that I will always be indebted to Nick Ives. Nick is generous with his time, kind and empathetic and explains everything clearly and succinctly. Additionally if Molly didn’t know the answer she would consult Nick rather than bat away my concerns. I am very grateful to have had Molly supporting me throughout this ordeal.
