Dreadful company running a complete…

Dreadful company running a complete scam. Moved house so missed a driving charge from two years earlier as sent to previous address. Miraculously a bailiff just happened to pass my car outside my new address and clamped it. Not given any option or time just told to pay or lose my car. Takes a lot of research to even find out who to complain to, then they say they can’t help. Absolutely shocking company. More needs to be done to regulate these people.

I had a really poor experience on a phone call with one of the advisors. They came across as very unprofessional, even laughing during the call. Shortly after that, they said they couldn’t hear me properly and then abruptly hung up.

I also felt pressured to make a lump sum payment, and there were comments made about potentially taking action regarding my PCP finance car, which was quite worrying. The whole conversation felt intimidating and unsupportive.

Overall, I’m very disappointed with how I was treated. I expected a basic level of professionalism and empathy, especially when dealing with financial difficulties, but that wasn’t shown in this case.

Rubbish company all the way down to the management and staff working at this organisation. Management are quite frankly incompetent and have low iq. They purposely lie and don’t comply with the agreements they state in a contract with their own staff but then want staff to present the highest standards in terms of working performance and punctuality. Overall an awful company and its no surprise to me why they can’t seem to retain staff that long in the business as they are run catastrophically.

They harass you with phone call and text messages even when you have arranged for a call back to set up a payment plan.
Apparently there system will stop all call and text messages once a plan is set up and it can be changed.
This companey just harass you.

Marstons a company who think they can do as they please

Lets be honest, nobody likes a visit from a baliff so all negative reviews seems about right for a debt collection company. However this company really are scum, and the councils who work with them should be investigated.
Their "staff" turn up and face their id badge towards their chest purposfully trying to hide their identity(guy actually made an effort to turn his round when he realised it was facing outwards, it was caught on my doorbell cam, so a blatant attempt at hiding who he was in an obvious attempt to try make me.open the door eithout fear of it being a baliff) they offer no payment plans just demand the money there and then or they will remove goods. Account on hold whilst investigating the wrongful tickets, no warning that they had decided to end this hold, just turn up adding more fees on then lie about it ever having been on hold. Baliffs attempting to hide their faces from home security cameras, but according to marstons this is ok, and is in no way a form of intimidation, yet I bet if someone turned up at their house deliberately trying to hide their face they would feel uneasy.
All this for tickets not even for me but for an ex and 2nd time of telling them he hasnt ever even lived at the address and 2nd time of them promising nobody from marstons would turn up at my address looking for him again, and when I said if they did turn up again I would be contacting the police I was laughed at and told to not be so stupid and waste police time. There are laws in place for baliffs and it seems the ones working for marstons need to be reminded of them

Disgusting and inhumane are the only…

Disgusting and inhumane are the only two words to describe them. Mr ‘Wintersgill’ has absolutely no training in vulnerable people such as those with a mental illness. He gave absolutely no choice to split the payment,despite sending over health records from the last 6 months to Marstons useless ‘Welfare team’ showing I have been physically and mentally unable to work for the last six months that still was not enough for him (up to himself not the welfare team) to agree to a payment plan. I had to get my mam to deal with him on my behalf to help and these are just a few of the words he said
‘Aye well we can all say we are vulnerable can’t we’ ‘If you have worked for the NHS 20 years you would think you would have money saved up’ ‘Yeah I had a read over letters and can see investigations are ongoing so I’m still wanting payment in full’ ‘If she dosent answer the door tomorrow then we will know she has something to hide so we will see what tomorrow brings eh’

It was bullying and I’m absolutely disgusted, in this day in age when you have genuine hard working people who pay their taxes and do what they can to get by and deal with their own problems, share EVIDENCE of this and kindly ask for even the payment to be split in two it’s then a threat to ‘see what happens’, it has honestly left me disgusted.

Threatening and abusive behaviour…

Threatening and abusive behaviour towards me. Explained them i suffered from severe mental health issues and classified as a vulnerable person.
All what she wanted was money without taking into consideration my finances or even my health
Because I can't pay anything at the moment as I am considered low income, she then follow to threaten me with adding additional charges and enforcement agents.
This kind of behaviour is consider fraud by law

Arrogant bunch of thugs

Arrogant bunch of thugs. Was late in paying poll tax by 3 weeks as was in hospital at the time. Poll tax fully paid now but persisted in £75 charge for writing a letter. Was forced to pay it or an additional £350 would be asked for. Representative was rude, didnt want to continue with the call. Said if wasnt paid today would send officer to home address. Government should look into this barbaric way but I guess they wont as I expect THEY LOVE ALL THE BAD REVIEWS. It helps them get more business and enforces payment from those who are struggling

HARASSMENT!!!!!!! VICTOR AND MARSTON

Ok, basically I had a parking fee at NPC Birmingham Airport without knowing! They sent letters to a wrong address. Once Marston started chasing me, I found out about the charge which I then spoke with NCP and paid the ticket in November
Marston has been chasing me since then. I'm a single mum and work full time. They call me 10 times a day and send me threatening texts. VICTOR turned up at my property this afternoon with a letter and he clamped my car. I explained to him and showed him the confirmation email for my payment but he ignored me completely and kept threatening me in front of my young child. He was so scared begging me to pay as he was so STRESSDE!!!!
Since this BULLY GUY VICTOR has left my son can't stop crying!!!!! I spoke eith NCP and they confirmed I haven't got any unpaid tickets!
I have been trying to contact Marston but this BULLY SCAM company hasn't even got a phone number!
I'm not sure how these people who work for this company can sleep at nights with the stuff they do to families!
Such a classy job they've got!

Parking pen. from Fulham, I never been there

Living in Suffolk and I have never been to Fulham, London

I received a letter asking me to pay a few parking tickets... The amount is around £2000.
One Range Rover and a few electric bikes were parked on a street in Fulham :) I have never owned a Range Rover or electric bike.

On the letter there is a phone number for payment, but it's just an automated service, no real human voice.
There's no other phone number either. You can't call these people on your mobile phone and say ''that is not my debt''
What kind of idiotic business is this?
People's credit scores are dropping because of these idiots.

I’d give no stars if that was an option! Terrible company, horrendous attitude and totally unprofessional approach! They Turned up at house 07:00am for £80 to then clamp my carat 11:00 when I was not at the property, threaten me with removal of car that’s on finance, and would incur more charges after asking to arrange a payment plan and being refused and also after confirming that I was a vulnerable person!! Agent called Curtis! Asked for complaint procedures to then be ignored! Complaint sent not expecting a reply!!
Terrible threatening bullies!! Shame on them!

If i could rate this a 0 star i would! So my ex partner had a court fine but been a ground worker it was passed to this company after a few missed payments due to lack of money as the weather is bad and he couldn't work any way he sets up a payment plan with Marstons already added the 75 fee on set up a direct debit and everything was dandy! I was banged up at 6 am in the morning as for some reason they had my address for him he as never lived at my address we just share a child. Basically a direct debit from the Saturday hadn't come out and there was no text or warning the enforcement officer was at my door claiming he would of clamped the car but its in my name cheeky git!! I am nothing to do with my exs debt! Any way no message no warning just another message on the monday of a reminder of the next payment date so because this money hadn't come out within 5 days they are at my door and have added another £235 absolute joke of a company

Absolutely vile

Absolutely vile! Clamped my car at 05:15am and put 6am on the paperwork which is illegal. I called them at 08:46am to ask them to come back to discuss and resolve as I need my car as my child is on DLA for mobility but they refused. Then said at 1pm they would leave my car outside my property and will return tomorrow to resolve. The bailiff then turned up 20 mins later and said they were towing my car. I explained it is illegal as it’s my child’s mobility car and my local council agreed to suspend the enforcement however, he would not listen, was extremely intimidating and kept huffing and threatening me that he will take everything I own for a £80 debt! I offered a payment of £200 and the rest Monday to get my car unclamped asap but he refused and laughed in my face.
In the end I borrowed money and paid as my daughter needed to get to medical appointments!
All in all they are bullies, intimidating and have no empathy whatsoever!
Formal complaint raised but not even acknowledged and the bailiffs scribble their name on paperwork so you can’t read it then refuse to tell you their name!

Received letter from Marston,no idea at…

Received letter from Marston,no idea at all apart from local council name what it's for,rang council and several people don't know what it's for,rang Marston but can't talk to anybody as all has to be done on line,rang collector as Mobile number available on telephone call to Marston who has not got back to me,very annoying to receive a letter when you've no idea what's it's for and all references numbers mean nothing to council, sorry I am a pensioner and find all this very upsetting Horrible company. 😡

Very bad company

Got to say this company is the most unsympathetic and hard to Contact company I've ever had the displeasure to work with.
Totally inflexible whilst I dealt with the debt issue that I belive was wrongly handed out.
