In most cases, completing a proposal via our website is the quickest option, as there’s quite a bit of information required to arrange cover, which naturally takes a little longer to gather over the phone. While the Mariner team are amazing, they’re not quite as fast as a computer!
From the start of your call to processing payment, the process took a total of 21 minutes, with policy documents emailed out just another 10 minutes later - we think that’s pretty speedy! We appreciate you sharing your experience and will continue working to make things even smoother. Welcome aboard!
