Trouble with order
I had trouble with my order being overcharged online.
I have emailed and phoned loads and no one is ringing back after leaving messages.
My order wasn’t stopped and should have been delivered yesterday, didn’t arrive and now it says it’s on its way back to them. Very unhappy and frustrated as the products were for a present.

Service from start to delivery was excellent. However, the product itself is not really improving nails. Nails grow but tips still peel. I haven't been using product very long so hopefully time will tell if it is doing any good

As you have only been using the treatment for a relatively short time, continued use may be important as the nail grows through. Our Nail Strengthening Treatment is specifically formulated for weak, brittle, peeling and splitting nails, with visible results expected within two weeks and significant improvement over the following weeks.
It is also worth noting that as new nail grows and lengthens, the free edge can initially continue to split while the stronger nail grows through. Our recommendation is to keep the nails relatively short initially and continue with the treatment consistently.
For additional nourishment, you may also like our Nourishing Nail & Cuticle Serum Pen, which can be incorporated into your routine to care for the nails and cuticles.
We hope that with continued use you will begin to see the stronger, healthier looking nails you are hoping for.

I missed a few things due to website as only saw the co-ordinating washbag after purchase and would have bought it.
Interesting Vegan products.
Well packaged. Speedy delivery.
Its too soon to say if the mousturizing products are as beneficial as claimed but nice to use and leg spray refreshing in this heat.

Lovely and cooling and smoothing …
The delivery was a little temperamental but that was the couriers issue and I received it eventually.
Too early to say about results for my tired legs but the cream is instantly cooling and leaves my legs lovely and smooth. I have Margaret Dabbs foot creams/ oils and they are amazing so I’m sure this product will be just as amazing. Fantastic value in the supersize bottle.
