Marc was professional and friendly during the house buying process, took time to explain what to expect at different points during the process. Both Marc and the staff in the office were easy to talk to and very helpful when I needed to contact them. I would defiantly recommend the service.

Working with Marc Fegan Bespoke Estate Agents was so straightforward and stress free. We dealt with both Claire and Lauran, and you couldn't meet two more friendly, yet very professional girls. The knowledge they had about the houses we viewed was exceptional and if we had a question they didn't know the answer to, they always came back with it.
We mostly dealt with Claire who kept us updated at every stage, even if it was just to let us know there was nothing happening, but that everything was in hand.
Claire managed our expectations supremely and we felt that, while she had a job in selling a house, she didn't oversell anything to us, and told us everything straight down the line.
She was realistic in her timings, and didn't give us any false hope at any stage of the process.
Claire is a true asset to the firm, and a nicer girl you couldn't meet! We couldn't recommend Claire, Lauran and Marc Fegan Bespoke Estate Agents enough and would have no hesitation in working with them again.... Although, hopefully not for a while 😉

Marc and Lauran are absolutely amazing. They made our house move so easy for us. We had nothing to worry about on their end. Completion was flawless. Nothing was ever too much to ask. All our queries had been answered and kept in touch with us very well along the way. We wouldn't use anyone else if we were to move again and will definitely recommend them to our family and friends. We cannot thank them enough. Highly professional and the best agent in the town. We had dealings with other agents viewing properties and found marc fegan to be more friendly and helpful than the rest. Marc Fegan and his team were excellent from the very start right through to completion. Nothing was a problem for them ,always on hand when you needed them. Professional and friendly. Definitely the best estate agents I've ever used, and I've moved house 5 times in 15 year's and this by far was the easiest house move I've ever had thanks to Marc and his team.
