Fantastic service from Marc Darcy and an exquisite suit!
Fantastic service from Marc Darcy. Ordered a 3 piece for my son on Tuesday after just coming across them online. It arrived on Thursday and it is absolutely gorgeous and my son looks like a film star in it!! The quality is beautiful. I would say go up a size in the trouser (unless you are of a very slim slender build). He has a 34" waist and a very long leg and is 6'2" tall. The length was fine but they were too tight around his thigh. So I rang and spoke to a very helpful lady who measured the 36" trousers whilst I was on the phone and the return procedure couldn't have been simpler with a prepaid postage sticker and a simple form to fill out for an exchange. My sons chest measures 42", however when I looked at the size guide for the jacket I realised that this was going to be too tight across the shoulder on him so I ordered him a 44" jacket and it fits perfectly. Thank you Marc Darcy.

Manchester Store Visit, great customer service from Karen
We visited their Manchester store to see the suits in person and were really impressed with the quality and style. We were both so impressed with the level of customer service we received from Karen at Marc Darcy. She was so attentive and really listened to my requests regarding having navy ties incorporated in the Dion suits we wanted. She was so friendly and made the experience so enjoyable. We ended up ordering the groom's suits and groomsmen ties, waistcoats etc. So pleased and will now only be shopping at Marc Darcy for suits for any occasion going forward! I have dealt with MD on a number of occasions. The quality of the product is exceptionally good. I have returned items and the customer service and most notably the communication from MD has been great. Really good experience.

Faultless service, brilliant experience
My fiance and I can't praise Marc Darcy enough. I genuinely do not write reviews but I feel I need to for this company as they were so efficient and brilliant. My fiance has just bought his wedding three piece suit and unfortunately the waist coat and trousers didn't fit, however we filled in the returns form and sent it back to them (free post) and three days later we had the different size delivered and it all fits perfectly and looks amazing. The company have really good communication and we would highly recommend them to anyone.

Quality Suits & Customer Service
Ordered a suit for my wedding as my husband to be was looking for something a little different. We ordered a suit and it came in good time and such good quality. Unfortunately it didn't fit, but customer services were happy to swap the suit with no problems at all.
Would happily recommend for quality of suits and customer service

The suits are superb
The suits are superb, I've bought several , I come all the way from Switzerland to see my girlfriend and only buy my business suits from here. Staff are friendly and helpful, I will be recommending to my friends.
