Even though my flight and rental are still yet to bee,but the website and renting proccess is really great.explains all the costs,including deposits,excess insurance and etc.fairly cheap,good selection.just habe to see how will the rental term will go

Marbella Rent a Car have been super helpful and without doubt, provide an excellent service. I had to make an emergency trip to Spain via Gibraltar. Arranged the booking online to collect the car in La Linea and have it collected in Fuengirola a week later. Easy to organise, excellent follow up communication via text / phone. Really good value for money, car was exceptionally clean. I would definitely recommend and will use again when needed.

Excellent service and best price
The first time I called the office they were so helpful, to the point of recommending that I book online for even better prices. When I couldn't get it to work I called again, several times, each time they answered my questions, always politely and with a lot of patience - I don't think I would have been that nice if it were the other way around lol
When the rental was up mid lockdown for Covid:19 they came and picked up the car to make it easier, again super friendly and helpful at all times.
I would undoubtedly rent from them again as the price was better than if I had gone to Malaga Airport and they couldn't have been nicer or more attentive. I highly recommend the company, who for me were Marius and Francisco. Thank you.

It was easy enough to collect car at La Linea after we landed at Gibraltar International Airport. We waited at the airport, while my hubby walked over the border to a nearby carpark. All in less than 15mins.

Very helpull staff
Very helpull staff ! They came to our house to deliver our car and upgraded us and were very nice to let us the car until the next morning for the same price !

A very good experience hiring a car…
A very good experience hiring a car from the la Linea office. Minimal fuss and time filling out paperwork, no pushing to buy extra insurance or extras. Prompt repayment of deposit. The car itself was in good condition and ran very well. If I need to hire a car from la Linea again, these guys will be the company I go with, rather than any of the competitors.

Marbella car rent can do better!
We had to wait a long time on the airport
for the transfer to the car rent.
The car had a lot of damages, and the
presure of the tyres was not reset, and
we had to fill up the cooling system.
The car needed maintenance more than
300 days ago was said on the display.
Friendly staff.

WARNING DONT USE THIS CARRENTAL COMPANY
The delivery of the car at our apartment was two hours late. After 1 hour the car broke down and the bottompart fell down on the street. They sent a truck to tow the car away. However they managed to make a preliminary ”repair” so we could drive the car back to our apartment. That was a scary experience. The next morning they delivered another car to us. Even this time the car was delivered much later than they promised.
Worst carrenting experience ever.

thank you for the time, you have taken in writing your opinion
regarding your recent car rental. Of course, we are very sorry
to see, that you were not satisfied with our service.
Indeed, the delivery of the vehicle to your accommodation in Tarifa
had originally been booked for 12:00 h. However, due to logistics
and a mayor traffic jam on the way coming from La Línea de la
Concepción, we needed to postpone the delivery and you finally,
got the car at 14:10 h. Our staff member had been in touch with
you via phone call and SMS in order to let you know about this unforeseen delay and apologized again personally.
Regarding the "break down of the car" : You referred this to us the same
day at approximately 19:00 h. According to the normal procedure in such
cases, we immediately ordered the tow truck service to attend you on the
spot, at Zahara de los Atunes. The road assistance found, that the car only
had a minor mistake existing in a detached plastic cover of the sink, which
at no time represents a safety problem.
Even though, we offered you to exchange the vehicle the next day at your
place, without any extra cost, just to make you feel more comfortable.
So we did and furthermore, we gave you almost five extra rental hours free of
charge as a little compensation on top.
We therefore think that our service was at least, acceptable...
However, if you wish to comment further on this matter, please, feel free to contact
us directly by e-mail and it will be our pleasure to attend you.

Nadie recepciona el vehículo que te…
Nadie recepciona el vehículo que te llevas y nadie tampoco al entregarlo.
Deje mucho que desear el trato recibido y la mala gestión de la empresa por no comentar que te retienen 300€ el día que te lo llevas pero no te lo devuelve con la misma facilidad que has pagado. Aquí no alquilo ningún vehículo más.

agradecemos sus comentarios respecto a su reciente alquiler con MARBELLA RENT A CAR
y lamentamos mucho que no ha quedado satisfecha con nuestro servicio.
Cuando Vd recogió su vehículo de alquiler, fue atendida por nuestro personal en el mismo
aparcamiento, donde le entregamos el coche previamente preparado más el contrato de alquiler.
A la devolución del coche no se encontraba nuestro personal, puesto que para comodidad de nuestros
clientes, pueden dejar el vehículo en nuestras plazas del Parking y depositar las llaves en un buzón que
hay ahí para este fin.
Observamos que había realizado la reserva en nuestra página web.
Ahí, bajo el apartado "términos y condiciones" aparece toda la información respecto a los importes de
FRANQUICIAS y FIANZAS.
La fianza que le habíamos cobrado al inicio del alquiler fue debidamente devuelta a su tarjeta de crédito
al día siguiente de haber finalizado el alquiler.
