Via Sunny Cars voor 2 weken auto…
Via Sunny Cars voor 2 weken auto gehuurd. Bij aankomst 25 minuten op shuttle busje gewacht. We zagen van andere bedrijven meerdere busjes al een paar maal terugkomen dus maar gebeld. We zijn onderweg en na 15 minuten kwam hij eindelijk aan. We hadden via Sunny Cars het formulier al ingevuld voor een zgn fast online check in. Om onduidelijke redenen moest als nog het formulier ingevuld worden en dat ging niet gelijk goed. Dus alles nog een keer opnieuw en ging heel langzaam. Na 3 kwartier eindelijk sleutels. Inmiddels belden meerdere klanten steeds waar het busje bleef. Na de auto te hebben ingeladen bleken de knoppen op de spiegels te verstellen te zijn afgebroken. Terug naar de balie en vervolgens 20 minuten staan wachten voor ik werd geholpen. Uiteindelijk werd besloten een andere auto te geven. Dit was een wrak. 165.000 km op de teller en vol deuken en krassen, maar hij reedt. En de behandeling was zeker niet vriendelijk. Na dag kreeg ik servicemeldingen van de olie en ging de verlichting kapot. Weer terug naar verhuurbedrijf. Keuze laten maken of de auto waarvan de spiegels niet te verstellen waren. Dus laten maken bij een garage in de buurt. Ook nu we kon er net een sorry af, maar kregen we het gevoel dat ze zeurden. Weer klein uurtje kwijt en met reizen al gauw een 3 uur. Op onze ritten bleek in de bergen de auto ook nog valse lucht te trekken, gezien het haperende geluid wat er kwam bij het gasgeven. Uiteindelijk 2 weken vol gehouden. Het inleveren van de auto ging wel vlot en zo ook de shuttle terug. De volgende keer zal, als we voor Sunny Cars kiezen zal bij Marbelle Cars het vinkje staan 'niet meenemen in selectie' . Als met al een slechte ervaring en gezien het wel bij inleveren van de auto goed ging toch 2 sterren.

Scam, we had a reservation for a car but when we arrived they said they had no cars left so after visiting the dealer plint they droped us back at the AirPort with no car at 22:00

Payed for delivery and it took 7 hours…
Payed for delivery and it took 7 hours after the original time we were given. But they did give full insurance because of the wait then we had another car drive into us on a roundabout where they then told us we had basic insurance and we’re not covered😳Then I checked my banking app and saw that they took £868 from my account without authorisation and I didn’t get my 300 euro deposit back.

We booked a 9 seats van at this…
We booked a 9 seats van at this company. Unfortunately at the arrival in Malaga we faced a very rude an unprofessional manager with 0 customer service skills which was not able to provide us any solution on our matter (didnt have a credit card). We even offered more solutions to her like paying more for the car, to leave a lot of cash at the office as guaranty, to pay a higher deposit. None of these options worked for her having a “leave me alone” behavior since the beginning also saying that all the rentals in Malaga are asking for a credit card. We went to another company which was like 2 streets away from the Marbella rent a car office and in 20 minutes we left the office with 2 cars (unfortunately the van was not available) and paying a lot less for those and NOT HAVING A CREDIT CARD. My problem was their attitude with a customer who really wanted to use their services. If you don’t want to ruin your holiday my advice is to avoid this company.

The best hire car experience I've ever had
I called Alex at Marbella Rent a Car at about 1.10 pm on a Saturday. By 2.20 pm, I was driving away in a lovely clean Fiat 500 the service is excellent, quick and responsive, friendly and efficient and very helpful indeed. A pleasure to rent a car through them. I will always go back to Marbella Rent a Car - such a good experience. Thank you.
