Do not use this app, resulted in me having not one but two bus lane fines this map took me through routes I was not allowed through and this resulted in to two fines it’s absolutely disgusting.
Please use Waze app tells you all the updates things on there
Have used Apple Maps on my iPhone for quite some time , but will now delete it after it took me down a road that is specifically for buses and I have now received a fine through the post
How can a huge company like this allow this to happen
Can not afford for it to happen again so I will now delete the app and use a different one

The place names are inaccurate. This is not a good way to present a map.
Used to be a cool company until they decided to do whatever the 34 count felon wants to do. Lake Ontario to 'Lake America', Gulf of Mexico to 'Gulf of America' And only for the American audience too eh? Not bold enough to make a change on the maps of people who live in Canada or the UK or Germany, are you? Just force it on the Americans. Way to torpedo your reputation. Steve would be rolling in his grave. Have the poor review that you earned.

Due to inaccurate labeling, I have removed/deleted the Apple Maps app from my phone, and have downloaded the Mapquest app to replace it.
As a long time user, I am extremely disappointed that Apple would give in to political pressure to ridiculously change the name of a lake established hundreds of years ago! It is disrespectful to us all. I will be using Mapquest going forward until and unless Apple reverses the decision (same with Gulf of Mexico)!
Apple didn’t just update a map—it drew a line under its complete lack of ethical leadership and total absence of backbone. Lake Ontario is Lake Ontario, regardless of what Captain Crazy Pants proclaims.
I am expressing renaming ofLake Ontario to "Lake America." Erasing over 400 years of cartographic and Indigenous history with a stroke of a pen is incredibly disrespectful to our heritage and our Canadian neighbors. This shared body of water is not a tool for political leverage or trade disputes, and forcing federal agencies to alter their maps is a complete waste of taxpayers' money. This unilateral move does nothing but create unnecessary confusion and strain an important international alliance. I urge you to immediately reverse this decision and restore the rightful name of Lake Ontario.
Apple Maps is a spectacularly inaccurate service offering completely incorrect information and has led to endless issues for us.
When we moved to our new build address 2 house move vehicles got lost on the way. It turns out they were using Apple maps which, despite entering our postcode correctly, took them a full 2 miles from our address. This has happened to an endless stream of delivery drivers, friends and family, ALL of whom tried using Apple Maps to find us. It just doesn't work.
We've now been here 5 months. Apple Maps still insists out postcode is in the same spot, 2 miles from here. How is it possible for such a huge company to be this inept? Unless you are an Apple customer you can't offer any map updates. The usual elitist 'Apple only' approach.
Curiously Google Maps brings you to our front door if you search for our postcode. It's just the wretched Apple Maps which insists on taking people to an address some distance from our house. A genuinely useless service. Use Google Maps instead, at least it works!
Apple Maps are Awful.
Seems anyone can have any nonexistent locations/places added. Out of date and not trustworthy at all, use at your discretion.
Terrible app only leads me to the same dead end every time. Deleted it and now only using google maps. Problem solved. Plus every time I had it the sound would never come from the car Bluetooth stereo it would only come from the phone and I couldn’t hear it.
Apple Maps does not show the much details. I prefer Google Maps which is much more accurate
Apple maps have been misleading delivery drivers for years, hundreds of different deliveries could not be made because Apple maps refuse to correct their obvious error.
