I placed an order for pants that upon arrival did not fit so I requested to return. Got an inital reply requesting photos of my shipping label and the tag on each pair of pants? Submitted that days ago for "evaluation of return claim"? No response to follow up requests for return. Bad company and customer service. Will be contesting purchace with my credit card company next!

Definitely a scam. We ordered pants for my husband of his usual waist and leg length. The pants received after 4-6 weeks were several inches short on both measurements. When we emailed them, they insisted they had sent the correct size. We sent them a follow-up email with photos demonstrating the size was incorrect. They then agreed they would return our money if WE shipped the faulty pants to Viet Nam at our expense. Otherwise, they offered a 20% refund. We'll ask for the small refund and report them everywhere we can. We won't hold our breath waiting for the refund though!

Wow….wish I read these reviews before ordering. I ordered 2 pair of pants. Reviews stated sizes were true to size. I should have known better, because probably came from China and thus small. When I contacted to return, I was told they would send me different size for $26 or I could get 10% refund. What a load of BS.

I ordered the same size pants that I wear from mainstream stores like Women Within and Catherine's but the pants are extremely small. The company insists they sent the correct size but how would they know? The size is not identified on the clothing. They have only offered a 10% refund. This company is a rip off and definitely a buyer beware. Check the Better Business Bureau before ordering.

PLEASE,PLEASE, PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. They do not follow their return policy and they will cheat you. This company should be shut down and the owners should be put in an American PRISON.

Purchase 2 pairs of rip stop cargo pants at a cost of $69.64 on SALE 70% OFF. My company adopted a new policy that states no rip stop and no multiple pockets on floor for safety reasons. I agree. I notified the company and requested a return of product. The product is still in the original packages and has been unworn..the product would to be returned according to the procedure of Manzaset. Waited 5 days for an return E-Mail with a return authorization number. The E-Mail stated that it would be a few more days to respond due to high volume.
Finaly received an E-Mail that instructed me to take pictures of the bag, shipping labels, pants labels, which were missing, and a copy of the bank statement showing payment in full. I did comply and sent the pictures.
Several days later I received an E-Mail stating that they needed more pictures. Sent the second set of pictures and notified my bank of this issue with this company and possible fraud. The bank is investigating.
Several days after that I received an E-Mail stateing that the company understands and was offered a 10% refund on my credit card and I could keep the pants,
10% is NOT acceptable because they keep the 90%. This should be reversed. Then I was informed that if the 10% was not accepteble to be then I needed to return the pants to the address provided in Vietnam. The cost to ship was $146.76. The E-mail stated "When received the company would credit me with a full refund after inspection". At this I am mad as hell. Do not purchase from these "F- - - - people or this company.

Manzaset.com uses a “Bait and Switch” technique to obtain orders. They show ads for higher quality clothing from other companies, then ship items of vastly inferior quality. They stretch out the shipping, complaint, and return process so consumers don’t have an opportunity to cancel before payments have been processed. The only way they will offer a full refund is if the customer pays to ship the items back to Viet Nam. They will try to appease you with a 10% or 20% refund and offer a small discount on your next purchase, then bombard your email with ads for more of their shoddy merchandise! 😡

This company has the worst return exchange policy and horrible customer service. They shipped the wrong size (to small). They offered 20% credit if I returned the items! They offered to exchange for the correct size but I had to pay shipping and a fee. The second shipment I received was even smaller than the first order and they were of different materia. They asked for picures which I sent. They said there is no proof. Case closed. DO NOT ORDER> Junk quality.

This company Menzaset is a SCAM! If I could rate it zero stars I would.
They make it impossible to return items and get a complete refund.
This order contained a variety of pants in different sizes which do not fit properly
1. Menzaset asks you to send photos of your return items with their size labels but have cut out all the size labels from the pants. They shipped the pants in a shipping bag without their original packaging.
2. Menzaset asks for a photo of your shipping label but don't tell you their 'returns' address.
3. They state in their support email: "Kindly note that returns sent to the address shown on the label/website are not eligible for a full refund or exchange."
4. They then explain "In order to assist you properly, we need to confirm:
- Whether the product received matches the style/size originally shipped
- Whether we can claim the issue with our supplier on your behalf"
5. So it is on the customer to Prove it is the correct and accurate order; even though the company sabataged the items by cutting out the sizing tags in each pair of pants. The Menzaset company is shirking their responsibility and obligation to properly fix the problem at their end and send a full refund as requested.

I order a pair thinking it was like the ads. Nice and stretchy. Said it would take 7 to 21 days. Over 30 I messaged them they said it was undeliverable wanted my address sent the address again. Got it in 4 days.and it had the correct address. But written on the package was check the address.
Anyway I got the pants. They are not stretchy. And no size in the pants. I even order a size larger than what I buy in the store. And they are still little tight.

Pants arrived with label removed. Tried them on and the waist was about 4-5 sizes too small. Also, the material was not as described. After 4 emails with customer service attempting to return the product, I was told to send a picture of the pants and a picture of the pants label !! Manzaset then replied that under careful review, the order that was sent was correct. They offered a courtesy 10% refund, or I could pay $12, return the pants at my cost to Viet Nam, and they would send another pair. Wish I could rate as zero
Please run away from these scammers

On August 7, 2026, I placed an order with Manzaset.com for two pairs of pants, totaling $64.69. The order was supposed to arrive in 10-14 days. It didn’t arrive until August 24. I contacted customer support that day regarding an exchange for a different size or returning the product as the quality was not as advertised. Other than a form email acknowledging my request saying that I would be contacted within 48 hours, I received no response. I tried again but have not been able to reach anyone through their listed contact channels. After researching this company further, I found numerous other reports online describing similar experiences: no response from customer service, items that don’t match what was advertised, and general difficulty getting resolutions. The website also shows multiple red flags on scam-checking sites, including a very young domain age and low trust scores. I’m submitting this report to warn other consumers considering a purchase from this site. I would recommend against ordering from Manzaset.com until they demonstrate responsive, legitimate customer service.

One star is about a thousand too many for this bogus bunch run out of presumably Guangdong, China, and such associated outfits like Geneticap.com and danybloom.com. Any time you see them or "Shopaid," which is one of their fronts, run the other way. They do not deliver what they advertise or what the customer orders. Sadly, they have been able to fool US credit card companies into failing to protect consumers. Discover card will not charge them back, merely if they state that they delivered "something," even when "something" is not what was advertised or ordered.

Ordered 2 pair mens tactical pants. Ordered 29" inseam. When they arrived from China, label showed 28" and it actually measured 33". They offered 10% refund, then 20% or return to VIetnam for full refund. Then 40% was offered so I protested the charge with the bank. Still waiting for confirmation.

I ordered some pants from Manzaset and the commercial that they showed was not the item that they sent me. They showed some stretchy pants that I was definitely wanting. However, I received pieces of plastic that looked like black pants. They go by many different company names. However, they all show about the same commercial-like invitation. If you buy these, you will get very upset because when you get them in the mail, and you look at them, you will see that it is nothing like what they showed you on the screen, and you will be totally ripped off by scammers. I tried to contact them and you know what they said? They said, “they could give me four dollars back for my trouble and I could keep the product.” (And that was after 13 emails!) By the way, they do not have any phone number listed. Good luck getting in touch with them. I told them, “why should I keep the product? It is not even usable or wearable and I want my full refund back.” They said, “no way that they do not send full refunds out.” I was extremely upset about this whole thing because I got totally ripped off. Don’t let this happen to you. They go by many company names so if some of the websites look similar, it’s probably them.

Zero really. First, it took 29 days to receive the StretchActive pants that I ordered according to their sizing chart. Approx 8 inches off as measured with measuring tape - too small, with photos to document. They give 30 days to ask for refund and 45 days to exchange. When I contacted them, a return email said they will get to it at some point. It took 2+ weeks and several more prompts. Too late for their “easy exchange”. Options to return - pay postage to VietNam OR 30% refund. Lucky I purchased with PayPal - they did immediate refund. (I must not be the first to complain!) Then Manzaset continued to bombard me with email ads and their unsubscribe button doesn’t work. Finally, I forwarded info on the CAN-SPAM Act and the emails stopped.

How does the average of our reviews equal 2.2 when all I see are 1’s?

I would give this company a zero if that was an option. The refund/exchange process is outrageous to say the least with, seemingly, no intent from the company to refund money. I attempted to exchange two pairs of pants - new. They were too small, too long, and nowhere near as 'stretchy' as seen in the advertisements. I had to take pictures of the pants and send those to the company, as requested, for someone to 'review'. They offered me 10%, 15%, then 20% refund. I refused all of these. Also, I paid for them through PayPal and there was no option to receive refunds via PayPal, though I would not have accepted the offer either.

The other option to get a full refund was to send them back to the warehouse in Vietnam at my cost for shipping!! Obviously, I was not going to pay postage to Vietnam. I would caution you to beware of this company. Apparently, they advertise under more than one name. I still have the pants and will donate to a place where, maybe, someone someone can wear them. The whole experience was dissapointing and infuriating. I will NEVER order from this company again.

I received an order from Manzaset for a pair of pants advertised as "stretch active " pants. I received the item marked "new active" which did not fit like the stretch active pants I had previously received from their competitor Bee Swan. I wrote to their support contact address, on June 24 and have not yet received a response as to how to return the item.

I was sent three pants that were supposed to be tacticFex 35% cotton and 65% polyester 4 way stretch fabric pants with many features shown on photos and videos. What arrived was 100% polyester rip stop fabric, no stretch with no special cuffs, or proper elasticated waistband, size tabs cut off by supplier. Different design.
With much to and fro from the company instigated by paypal we are being offered a goodwill gesture of a 40% discount and we pay all postage to return back to Vietnam at huge costs. Seriously they didn’t supply the correct pants or correct size and we have to foot the bill. They send you an inferior product and pretend that customer satisfaction matters. Also their website sates a 45 day satisfaction guarantee with easy exchange, return and refund policy. Then they happily claim they sent the correct product and the product fit is a body shape issue. We sent photos clearly showing it’s not the same pants as advertised, the fabric is different and size tabs are removed , yet they persist. This company is a complete scam and terrible to deal with. Avoid at all costs. Minus stars if I could .

I ordered two pairs of pants that I thought would be so comfortable. Maybe they would be if I ever receive them. Stuck somewhere at the North Houston Distribution Center. They leave the center and go back to the center. At one point they said they were delivered to my front porch. They were never delivered to me. However, the next day they were received at the North Houston Distribution Center. Is there actually a North Houston Distribution Center. I don’t know since a USPS tracking number was never issued. They don’t respond to emails other than a general email saying they received my email. Don’t ever order from this company. They are definitely a scam and unfortunately I fell for it.

Ordered one pair of men's pants. Took a long time to arrive as it was tracked through China. Item did not look at all like advertised and material was very feminine. Requested a refund and received an auto email reply that they would respond within 48 hours. 72 hours later, emailed again, got same auto email. Never received a reply and no information on their site about a shipping address to return. If I could I would rate 0.
