They came through when we needed them. What other metric matters?

Your customer service is outstanding, I can't say this enough times. My dog has been through an entire knee repair surgery, appointments trying to diagnose, treatment, and you have been there every step of the way helping me and paying claims. THANK YOU!!

I've been a customer for several years. Every time I've called, I've been impressed with their customer service and efficiency. Their insurance claim process is easy to follow; the people who process the claims are on top of it and follow up with you if they are missing something on your claim, so that it can get approved. Thank you Many Pets for giving me a peace of mind and Caring about my Pets because you know that our fur babies wellbeing is priceless.

ManyPets Pet insurance It is so easy to submit your claim. I just take a picture of the vets receipt with the explanation of services that my dog received and submitted. My claim was approved the next day. You have the option of direct deposit or mail. I like the mail because I like to keep my information organized in a file for him.

Nice and knowledgeable

This is a price gouging company. I had coverage with Many Pets for 4 years since first bringing home my dog. I recently moved states for work. When I called to update my address I was told my premium would nearly double in price from $32/month to $57/month. I have never filed a claim. My dogs health has not changed. They are taking advantage of a work move to price gouge and now leaving us with unaffordable coverage. They claimed it was due to the state I moved to being an "expensive state" but I called later pretending I was moving to a different state and it was the same price hike. This is not a trust worthy company and I would highly recommend looking elsewhere. If you look through google reviews you will find many similar stories unfortunately.

The customer service is really helpful and patient with my inquiries. I would continue to use Manypets due to the awesome service on the phone and quick response to the claims!

UPDATED REVIEW: ManyPets US is no longer in operation and cancelled my policy and moved it to some company I’ve never heard of. I cancelled them and bought a policy with MetLife Pet Insurance.

They process claims very quickly, and you get paid in about a week after the claim is approved.

Once again, ManyPets handled my claim quickly and easily. Simply uploaded my invoice and pet medical history and they reimbursed within the week. I 1000% recommend them to anyone who will listen!

Many Pets has fulfilled their contract obligations 100%. After submitting the necessary documentation, the claim process is extremely easy and they have covered every request for my dogs rehab.

Always been great to work with

Good prices, didn't raise after many thousands of hospital vet bills. I pay an extra 30 per cat for coverage on wellness and preventative care, everything is covered nicely and done through a very easy process. Easy to place claims and the app's interface is nearly the same as the website, just mobile-friendly. It is really nice already knowing where to go.
I have been with Manypets 2 years this month, its been a good experience, even in emergencies.
