We felt they were very knowledgeable about what they were offering, polite and easy to communicate with. The email before the first appointment detailed the approximate duration of the meeting with subsequent emails detailing the policy we had agreed upon.

We were happy with the price of the policy and the ease and quickness of how it was to get the application processed.

Our mortgage advisors and support team, Shannon and Cassie, have been brilliant throughout the process. Shannon made herself available throughout the day and well into the night. Cassie has been diligent, responsive and pro-active throughout. They have been instrumental in getting a quick mortgage approval.

Both of them have made the process of securing a mortgage easy for three first time buyers. I highly recommend.

Steve was brilliant. He was very informative and was able to find me the best deal for me. The buying and selling process wasn't quite straight forward but Steve was always on hand to update any information and provide the best advise.
He sorted my new mortgage and new life insurance policy.

Emma and Elizabeth are absolutely good at what they do. We'd previously been told by 4 different mortgage advisors that we wouldn't be able to get any offers because my wife was a bank staff and was on maternity leave. Friends who had recently been helped by MAB adviced us to get in touch and within one week of Emma submitting our application we had our mortgage offer in our hands. Communications with Elizabeth was fabulous and we felt really supported throughout the process. Can't recommend MAB enough, we'd give 7 stars if we could
