My partner and I are remortgaging, he is joining me on the mortgage for the 1st time. Tom Hawley was professional, helpful and understanding of our needs. He helped us along with Elizabeth Bell secure a mortgage allowing us to carry out home repairs, get a new car and pay for our wedding. Emma Cousins at the Mortgage advice bureau was excellent and really helped me through each step, going above and beyond! It is also great that they offer the Just Move In service which helps navigate and sort all the niggly jobs of moving in like sorting providers out for utilities and broadband, thanks to Elizabeth for sorting this and other help.

Steve and Shoaib have both been excellent throughout.

Steve's initial steer through the various options for different insurers etc. was extremely clear and prioritised my requirements providing a range of pricing options. Everything was dealt with in a very timely and rapid manner and I felt informed throughout.

After being handed over to Shoaib to continue contact and enactment of policies plus further guidance and question answering, I felt I was in safe hands throughout the process. Shoaib always responded very quickly and always seemed to have time and be happy to help with any queries I had.
