Shipping was really fast and a good selection of products. Everything I received (stamper, scraper, stamping plates, nail polish) are high quality. I'll definitely buy from them again in the future.

Ich kann nachdem ich jetzt mehrmals bei Maniology bestellt habe überwiegend Positives über diese Unternehmen berichten. Vor allen Dingen empfand ich es als sehr angenehm, dass der Kundensupport mir ziemlich zeitnah per E-Mail geantwortet hat. Auch war es kein Problem die Mani x Me Box nur kurz zu abonnieren. Die Kommunikation hat auch da wunderbar geklappt. Die Produkte die Maniology anbietet sind ziemlich einzigartig. Allerdings auch nicht ganz günstig. Wenn man aus Deutschland kommt kann man im Schnitt mit 8 oder 9 Euro ( Höchstwert 14 Euro) Versand rechnen. Wenn man Mani x Me abonniert kommt momentan auch noch Einfuhrumsatzsteuer (Zoll) und Auslagenpauschale von der Post auf die Bestellung. Bei Werten , die nur mit einem Euro verzollt werden, muss man sich da keine Sorgen machen und zahlt lediglich den Versand. ;) Allerdings würde ich bei manchen Boxen aufpassen. So unter anderem bei Wild Heart und Blommin' Babe, da diese in den USA umsonst angeboten werden und die Amerikaner lediglich den Versand für diese Artikel zahlen. Genaueres findet ihr über google heraus, wenn ihr dort free starter kit maniology eingebt. :D Und bitte immer schön Gutscheincodes bei Maniology benutzen. ;) Schön finde ich es auch , dass sich Maniology für soziale Projekte engagiert. Daumen hoch!

Für meinen Teil kann ich sagen, dass es zwar ein Mercedes ist, ich ihn aber jederzeit wieder kaufen würde. :D

On 1st of April, I have made my purchase and it went smoothly. Couple of days later I have received my notification of shipment and tracking code. The package first arrived to the Netherlands, even though shipping address was in Germany. Oh well, it is normal I guess. Hence PostNL was responsible for delivery. Since 30th of April my package seems to be at a pickup point without any information on it's address. When I contacted to PostNL, they informed me that after leaving the Netherlands they cannot track the package. When I wrote to their customer service, they told me to check their "pickup point" website by entering my postcode, which obviously giving an address 800 km away from shipping address. I still have no clue where my package is and the customer service is definitely incapable. Paying 18$ for shipping and is this what I am getting? Never again!

I ordered the free starter kit and the mystery plate and polish and couldn't be happier. The mystery plate was education related which was awesome because I am a teacher. I received everything in less than a week. The stamper is super easy to use and the designs are adorable. I love using them on myself and my daughters.

I paid 18$ for shipping and I was waiting for my package for 2 months! The customer support and overall company policy are terrible. I wrote several emails to support, never got any useful information or even an apology for long waiting. The products quality are fine, but not better than stamping products from other brands (which by the way, have better customer service, cheaper prices, cheaper and faster shipping). I will never order again from Maniology!
