Man Flow Yoga is an online yoga training resource designed to help you achieve your physical fitness goals with yoga, specifically designed for fitness-minded men.
Man Flow Yoga Flow Yoga is not like typical yoga - the focus is on building strength, increasing active mobility, and improving overall physical fitness. Workouts are shorter and more effective than traditional workouts, do not require you to be flexible, and have a significant focus on proper alignment and technique.
Man Flow Yoga offers online training programs and workouts through its website, manflowyoga.com. Their founder, Dean Pohlman, is a former collegiate athlete turned yoga instructor. He created Man Flow Yoga to appeal to men who were interested in yoga for the physical fitness benefits but didn’t want the traditional spiritual approach.
Since 2012, Man Flow Yoga has been creating yoga workouts and programs, writing blogs, and creating content to help men (and women) learn how yoga can help to improve your fitness. Dean is also the author of Yoga Fitness for Men and the co-producer of the Body by Yoga DVD Series.

I enjoy Man Flow Yoga and always recommend it. I’ve been a member since 2016. Now a lifelong member. Dean comes from an athletes perspective. I’m actually fine with the spiritual part but I don’t need it for my workouts. He’s very knowledgeable and a great guide and teacher and focuses on breathing as well as coming from a point of strength instead of just standing in the pose. This is much more beneficial. After just a few days, I always can tell a difference in my life with the simple everyday daily activities. I’m doing Man Flow Yoga as I want to keep my strength and mobility, flexibility, and balance, as I age. I’m 58 years old.

I’ve enjoyed this community and the new workouts are always coming. Easy to find whatever I need for what my body is asking for since the library of workouts is extensive. Highly recommend for anyone looking to improve their overall well being

Dean’s teaching style really resonates with me. Even in the middle of a complicated pose I can easily follow his directions that enhance the stretch or adds difficulty. That’s why I’m a MFY Lifer.

I really appreciate the attention to detail in the instructions. I have yet to be able to stay consistent, but I love knowing that the program is there for when I do become more consistent. Because of Man Flow Yoga, I no longer need to go to the chiropractor.

Not only does Dean provide quality content with a range of workout routine variety and tailor-made intensity he continuously puts out new content and routines that allow subscribers to get their money's worth. I have used manflow yoga for years and being on the road for 3 years living out of hotels allowed me to exercise when I didn't have access to a gym. I cannot thank Dean enough for his creation and all his hard work

I was looking for something to improve and maintain mobility and flexibility. I have an auto immune condition called ankylosing spondylitis. These workouts fit the bill and are targeted at men in my age range. I enjoy the camaraderie in the group and encouragement to use modifications when necessary. I just had a cerebellar stroke and my balance is gone. i eill be getting super creative with modifications now but I'm not giving up!

I have been a member for over three years. I am not usually vocal but I will say that Deans a fantastic instructor and motivator and that’s why I became a life time member in November. I am 73.
With a background in CrossFit mountain biking and yoga taught by Rodney Yee videos. My results have been rewarding and the support from the membership area and emails continue to keep me on track. I love the challenges that run several weeks and cover a number variations for skill level and concentration of different body areas. The essentials series is great. The head and neck essential workout is mind blowing effective at reducing actually eliminating neck and shoulder pain. Balance is very important at one gets older and the practice has helped me dramatically and improved my confidence on hikes over rough terrain. I enjoy going over both Strength series repeatedly and then throwing in a challenge from the Fix It series to try to reach another level.

I follow several yoga experts on the internet and none of them provide the explanations and alternatives to the different poses than Dean does. He always takes a standard pose and makes it easier with an accommodation or a challenge with an enhancement. Tailored to men but my wife and daughter take some of the episodes as well.

I have always been active and in decent shape, but getting into my 50s, I began seeking out new ways to stay in shape. I had tried yoga in the past at gyms, but it all seemed like such a waste of time. Then I got lucky one day and came across Manflow on YouTube and gave it a try and was completely taken in. It’s all about Dean’s instructions. Dean’s instructions are just so intuitive and the practice has shown me how very little I actually knew about muscle activation, range of motion, etc when I always thought of myself as well connected and familiar with my body. Wow have I learned a lot though. There’s no limit to how much you can push maximum intensity to always be getting something out of sessions done many times over. It’s been amazing. I feel better than ever. And now I’m a lifer.

The detail of instruction and focus on specific areas of the body provided by Dean is the best I've received in the 25 years of doing yoga. Dean's knowledge of the body's mechanics is strong. His appreciation for the various stages of progression as one advances through beginning, intermediate and advanced stages reflects reality and the fact that his audience is of diverse ages.
I found MFY on Youtube during the Pandemic, and after a couple of months tuning in decided I wanted to support Dean's program by becoming a member.
