Man Flow Yoga Flow Yoga is not like typical yoga - the focus is on building strength, increasing active mobility, and improving overall physical fitness. Workouts are shorter and more effective than traditional workouts, do not require you to be flexible, and have a significant focus on proper alignment and technique.
Man Flow Yoga offers online training programs and workouts through its website, manflowyoga.com. Their founder, Dean Pohlman, is a former collegiate athlete turned yoga instructor. He created Man Flow Yoga to appeal to men who were interested in yoga for the physical fitness benefits but didn’t want the traditional spiritual approach.
Since 2012, Man Flow Yoga has been creating yoga workouts and programs, writing blogs, and creating content to help men (and women) learn how yoga can help to improve your fitness. Dean is also the author of Yoga Fitness for Men and the co-producer of the Body by Yoga DVD Series.

I have no particular thoughts about the company, but I find Dean's way of tutoring and making sure you do everything just right, absolutely perfect for me. He is unhurried, makes it clear how things need to be done, and most of all appears in sync with different age classes and abilities. Top!

I initially didn’t want to give yoga a try because I thought it was heavy on the spiritual side of things. I cared more about the physical benefits (mobility, strength, balance, etc.). I feel as though these workouts were made for people like me in mind. They are challenging and fun. I feel the benefits instantly. I now do yoga daily in conjunction with my strength and cardio workouts. I feel the yoga is helping me to move better during - and recover better after - my other workouts. Dean knows his stuff, he explains everything clearly, he keeps you engaged throughout the poses, and he makes everything scalable to just about any level. 10/10 recommend.

After a 3 moth illness, my body had tightened up meaning all tendons, ligaments snd joints were stiff and somewhat less mobile. My strength had declined.
Then I had a sciatica injury that was corrected with chiropractic but in that process, we saw that my upper and lower spine curves were way off, my head hd a decidedly forward tilt and there was a bit of scoliosis .
I began treatment at my back wellness center and also restarted my Man Flow Yoga. After about 6 weeks, I am vastly improved when it comes to overall strength and mobility and flexibility but I still have a long way to go.

Am 64 years old, a lifelong athlete and weight lifter, but lately the old body has been challenging me... Am 30 workouts into Man Flow Yoga, and am feeling more energized, more flexible, stronger, and overall more healthy... Really like the way it's for those of us who have been avoiding yoga for a long time worried about it "not being for me"... Dean proves it's for everyone.

After about 3 months of training with Dean I have noticed incredible results. My aches and pains are greatly reduced and my body awareness is heightened. This awareness has benefited me in all physical activities, from proper muscle activation while training at the gym to beating personal bests week after week while running and swimming.

Dean has a gift for providing verbal cues at the exact right time and in a way that helps connect each movement to a more mindful practice. Man Flow Yoga has been a game changer for me and my movement practice, overall health and wellness, and ability to address both acute and chronic neck and low back pain that comes with being an active guy in the modern world. Because Man Flow Yoga offers such a wide variety of workouts and programs, I can be relieved of the mental burden of exercise programming or I can choose an individual workout based on what I am feeling for that specific day. Overall, Man Flow Yoga offers something I recommend to any and all dudes out there looking to establish a better mobility routine, prevent or rehab injuries, or those who just want to move better, look better, and perform better.

Man Flow Yoga has been instrumental in helping me recover my strength, mobility and wellbeing. Dean’s programs are achievable, clearly demonstrated and articulated and allow for adaptation. I have lost 42 pounds and gained strength and flexibility. I’m fully committed to this online application and exercise regime.

I've tried other workout programs and find that Manflow Yoga is the best. I like that blogs, programs, and workouts are all in one place. Dean's approach to yoga is gentle and explanatory. Other programs assume you know what your doing, Dean takes his time and in a positive, encouraging way explains what muscles to activate and how to progress through a pose.

I started the Strength Foundation program as an inflexible 64 year old. I have found that the program has improved my flexibility, balance and strength and I really enjoy completing the routines. My wife was so impressed by my improvement that she has how started the program.

I’m one of the older guys. I’ve always been active with weight lifting, swimming and walking. I feel fortunate to have found this group. I can do yoga at my own pace and Dean seems to know exactly when I need more explanation. I feel I am gaining in my flexibility.

This is a high quality, thoughtful program that meets the user where they are and (for me) has grown my strength, flexibility, and mobility. I feel it delivers exactly what it promises.
I like the content, Dean guides very well its audience, explaining how to make exercises. I see results in flexibility, strength and mobility that helps to keep my +40 body in shape.
