I bought a beautiful soft coverlet and two pillow covers from Manchester Factory about a month ago. The goods arrived promptly and well packaged in pristine condition.
I love this coverlet. It is pretty, soft and comfortable for these slightly cooler autumn nights and family and friends have commented on the quality and look of it.
Very satisfied and would recommend buying from this company.

Easy website to navigate and lots of options. I was kept in the loop about shipping and given updates. Didn't wait long for my package to arrive.

This is the second in the gingham range I have purchased and I love them.They look so smart on the bed.The weight is light so not to hot for the summer.For the winter they will be toastie warm.In fact I am about to order the Blueberry one as well.Highly recommend the product and the service.

So easy to order, quick delivery and very happy with my 4 summer comforters. Amazing special.

Bought a product and after washing it I sent it back as the filling inside the coverlet had moved and was loose.
I also bought the euro pillow as a set to match and sent everything back.
Customer services was so rude in responses and after many emails and photos sent they sent me a return slip for my goods.
They only refunded me the money after I asked as to where is it and they kept my euro pillow and did not refund me for that item.
The person on the end of customer care does not care to work with you and understand.
I had to send 3 emails to get a response and still no refund or return for my euro pillow case.
I would never buy again base on the customer service if you have an issue.
Be warned before you spend your money because trying to get it back well good luck

I purchased a bedspread before Christmas, to have something a bit lighter on my bed over summer. It is very well made and looks amazing on my bed. They were extremly easy to deal with and had very fast delivery. I would definitely purchase here again.

I love my new coverlet with its muted colours. The quality is excellent, and navigating the website was super easy. Delivery to NZ was fast and efficient, communication from customer support was clear and timely. A great company to deal with. I will be buying more from them in future

Not impressed overall.
Fast delivery but I ordered king sheets and got mega king which I've received from them before and let it go, so I knew they were ridiculously big and top sheet drags on the floor . Received a response from Lia suggesting I simply tuck them in. She said the cooling sheets only come in one size which is untrue as when you order you can select either queen or king. There is not even an option for mega king. She did give me the option to return , but I'll learn from being burned a second time by them and just not buy again.

I bought the queen size comforter. And it’s so soft and comfortable. I love it.
I would recommend this to anyone. I love comforters. As I hate fighting with doona covers.

Quick delivery. Loved the Sage Green colour. Unfortunately, the snuggle fleece comforter was too warm and heavy for me. I was worried it wouldn't be warm enough as a single layer. Mid Nth Coast NSW.

We ditched our quilt to purchase one of their snuggle fleece comforters at the start of winter. My son would kick the quilt off and it kept getting lost inside the cover.
I’m so so so happy we made the change as we now have 3 of them.
They are so lightweight, which made me doubtful at first that they’d be warm enough for a cold eastern Aus winter without the ability to have heating on overnight.
But Lo and behold, these things are so warm it blew me away. No extra blankets needed, despite having to use an extra 2-3 ontop of the quilt we had before. Still using them now as we are into spring, I am actually dreading the day where it will get too hot of a night to need anything other than a sheet 🤣
The postage is so quick too, I place an order and 2 mornings later it’s on my doorstep. I wouldn’t just recommend, if you are looking to buy the snuggle fleece comforter I’m here to insist you just buy one 🤣 or 2, or 3

I have purchased 2 of the same items from the Manchester Factory. One for my self and one for a friend as I am happy with the product & left a lovely review. However after the second wash of mine I noticed the stitching has come apart on one of the corners. I sent a picture to Lia Nio who replied that it looked like my fault in the washing process. I replied that the stitching had simply come apart & have not heard back from her. Now feeling brushed off I am extremely disappointed with the unprofessional customer service & poor business ethics with the Manchester Factory.

I found these comforters on Facebook then checked the website out.
The comforters are beautiful however I should have looked into them a bit more before purchasing.
The company was excellent in keeping us informed of some container issues.
They finally arrived and sadly are not what I wanted 😔
However they are like a huge fluffy dressing gown.
So if you would love to sleep draped inside a huge fluffy dressing gown, would definitely recommend buying from the manchester factory 🙏🏼🙏🏼

im a hottie sleeper and hubbie is a cold sleeper we have tried several covers from duvet to blankets and one way or the other im hot he is cold so we brought one of these blankets .Well it was a life changer im now warm but not sweating and hubbie is warm when you look at the blanket and think how can that kep on so warm .You will be surprised like we were very happy with it

I bought the lavender colour blanket, and it is an absolute dream to sleep with so soft, warm and cosy! The colour is so pretty! My cat & dog also love lounging on top of it. it's the best blanket in the house!

The pure wool topped electric blanket is just magnificent . Its so warm and comfy to sleep on . The pure wool top stops the feeling of wires under me but most of all its so comfortable. I found it just abit tight to fit it, so maybe that could be adjusted , as with alot of bedding its just too tight but I managed to get it over the mattress but not under. Otherwise Ive never slept better and I love the new type of plug.

Very satisfying dealing with Manchester Factory. Sheets were as advertised and good quality. Delivery was quick and seamless. Excellent service and product at a great price.
