Finger weg von diesem Shop! Ich habe am 30.03. bestellt und die Ware wurde nie versendet. Als ich stornieren wollte, fing der Horror erst richtig an:

​Support-Blockade: Sobald ich stornieren wollte, war die deutsche E-Mail-Adresse plötzlich nicht mehr erreichbar (Mails kamen als unzustellbar zurück). Es wirkt, als würden Kunden nach Problemen einfach blockiert. ​Falsche Telefonnummern: Die im Shop angegebenen Nummern sind ein Witz. Entweder geht niemand ran oder es meldet sich eine Privatperson, die mit dem Shop gar nichts zu tun hat! ​Gelogenes Impressum: Die Angaben im Impressum scheinen überhaupt nicht zu stimmen. Man hat keine Chance auf normale Kommunikation. ​Kein Herz für Kinder: Mein Kind hat jeden Tag auf die Spielküche gewartet. Den Shop interessiert es nicht, dass man das Geld nicht „mal eben“ doppelt auslegen kann.

​Ich musste erst über PayPal und die polnische Zentrale massiv Druck machen, um die Stornierung zu erzwingen. Wer hier bestellt, braucht starke Nerven und sollte unbedingt per Käuferschutz zahlen, sonst ist das Geld weg. Absolut unseriös!

Schlechte Qualität. Kinderküche zerfällt regelrecht am zweiten Tag da Nieten Herausfallen - Lebensgefahr!!
Schrauben reisen ab bevor sie komplett eingeschraubt wurden, usw...

The kitchen from this store is wonderful. It's made of wood, looks beautiful, and has lots of play elements. The child is delighted.

I ordered a wooden animal hospital for my toddler, payment was taken immediately but I never received an order confirmation or tracking number. Without these it's been impossible for me to contact the company to check my order. I have ended up having to report this as a fraudulent transaction to my bank and Paypal.

Please avoid this company and don't take the risk. Never expected to be scammed buying a child's toy but unfortunately it seems 'Mamabrum' has built a business doing so.

Wanted to return this kitchen explained
That I had made a mistake far too small for intended child . Bought through Amazon they were helpful , this company not they said they would pick it up from my house . But I would have to pay the costs of pick up . I agreed various communication back and forth kitchen still unopened in front room . Will have to trawl back for dates think it’s June

WARNING TO DEAL WITH THIS COMPNAY
I ordered a baby room mirror, but the reflection is distorted – either too big or too small. It seems there is an issue with the acrylic mirror. I emailed customer service but received no reply, and there is no telephone number available to contact them in Poland.

PLEASE avoid this company, as it is very difficult to reach them if something goes wrong UNLESS YOU ARE PREPARED TO LOOSE MONEY. AVOID AVOID

Nicht einmal einen Stern verdienen die. Habe eine Spielküche dort gekauft, Qualität geht so. Kundenservice richtig schlecht. Die Kochplatten sind kaputt und warte seit Ewigkeiten auf die versprochenen Ersatzteile. NIE wieder würde ich bei denen nochmal was kaufen. Ich empfehle es definitiv nicht weiter.

Die Spielmatten sind die besten, bisher 3 x bestellt ohne Probleme!

I am happy to say I am not disappointed after spending a lot of time searching for the perfect play kitchen to give my girls for Christmas. They absolutely love it; I love it because it doesn’t look like a mess in the house.
✔️ it was easy to put together, and the little light is such a cute touch that adds to its charm.
➖The only thing that bothers me is the price fluctuation. There was quite a difference at times, and I had to wait for it to drop again (though not as low as it had been initially). So, I ended up paying more than I wanted. If I had bought it sooner… but… lesson learned!
✔️However, it is good quality, looks good, and the girls are happy and play with it daily. That's more than enough for me!

This buggy exceeded my expectations! It's easy to assemble, It's comfortable for my baby, easy to fold and unfold, and has a smooth ride even on bumpy terrain. The design is also stylish and modern, which is a bonus. Overall, I'm very impressed with this buggy has great suspension. Highly recommended

Wir haben die Spielküche gekauft. Leider gab es ein paar Mängel, welche sofort reklamiert wurden. Daraufhin bekam ich innerhalb weniger Stunden eine Rückmeldung, dass ein Teilbetrag dafür erstattet wird. Zuerst dachte ich mir, toller Kundenservice. Doch der Gedanke hielt nicht lange an. Seit mittlerweile mehr als 2 Monaten versuche ich mühselig jemanden vom Kundenservice schriftlich zu erreichen. Die Nachrichten werden einfach ignoriert und die zugesagte Teilerstattung ist nach wie vor ausständig. Finger weg von diesem Unternehmen!!

No quality control: two backboards broken and cracked, chipped door, missing screw nuts, uneven cuts in the main support panels, cheap plastics used for parts. For over £100, it is not worth the money.

Wir haben eine Spielküche für unsere Jüngste geholt. Bestellt haben wir den ganzen Spaß über Otto, als Weihnachtsgeschenk. Schon beim auspacken zeigten sich die ersten kaputten Teile. Gerade die Plastikteile sind fast alle gerissen oder weißen Kratzer und Farbfehler auf. Die Holzküche ist, bis auf Kleinteile, aus MDF-Platten gefertigt und wirkt deswegen auch weniger wie eine hochwertige Holzspielküche. Zu dem kommen auch noch zahlreiche Lackschäden und Verarbeitungsfehler. Nach dem Aufbau zeigen sich schon die nächsten Probleme.Türen schließen schwer bis nicht, da alles sehr gepresst ist. Der Einlegeboden hat die Falsche Materialstärke und passt somit nicht in die Vorgegebene Aussparung. Bohrlöcher sind falsch abgemessen, was die Küche in sich auch noch einmal verzieht. Die Schrauben sind Stellenweise zu lang, wodurch es zum aufplatzen des Materials kommt. Am Ende hat man eine Kinderspielküche, welche nur schwer zu bespielen ist, mit Verarbeitungsfehlern welche ein gewisses Verletzungsrisiko in sich tragen.
Für den Vollpreis ist das nicht zu empfehlen, außer man steckt selbst noch Geld und Zeit hinein und bessert die beschriebenen Fehler aus.

So utterly disappointed with this website. We ordered a wooden puppet theatre supermarket toy. This was due to be delivered by Dec 19th. We had no correspondence from the company. Assumed the delay was down to christmas post. We contacted them on December 21st to ask of it was possible to track the parcel. Only then were we informed that the product was out of stock. We received an apology and offered 10% off our next order. I'm not sure a 10% discount will cut it when we explain to our daughter on Christmas morning that santa hasn't delivered the one thing she has asked for. What's more the lack of communication has made it virtually impossible for us to order another one from an alternative website to be delivered in time for Christmas. This isn't good enough at all. Will absolutely not reccomend this website or buy anything from them again. I actually don't understand how in 2024 a company is selling products they cannot source and provides no communication to their customer.

Wir haben ein Pikler-Dreieck mit Balancierbalken bestellt, das leider unvollständig geliefert wurde. Es fehlten die Schrauben, der Balancierbalken und weitere essentielle Teile, wodurch der Aufbau unmöglich war. Trotz mehrfacher Kontaktaufnahme über E-Mail haben wir nach mehreren Tagen keine Rückmeldung erhalten. Das Produkt macht einen hochwertigen Eindruck, aber ohne die fehlenden Teile können wir es nicht nutzen. Der mangelnde Kundenservice hinterlässt ein sehr negatives Gefühl, was besonders enttäuschend ist, da das Produkt für den Geburtstag unserer Tochter gedacht war.

Schlechtester Onlineshop bzw. Kundenservice ever! Ganz klar: KEINE Kaufempfehlung! Haben einen Einkaufsladen bestellt, der einfach vollkommen kaputt angekommen ist, weil der Artikel unfassbar schlecht verpackt wurde. Schon 3 E-Mails geschickt bzgl Retourenlabel - keine einzige Antwort! Über Instagram weigern sie sich ein Retourenlabel zu schicken, ich soll es selbst bezahlen obwohl bei MANGEL ganz klar der VERKÄUFER für den Versand aufkommen muss. Reinste Katastrophe!
