Purchased an iPhone 17, it arrived in two days in a sealed package and in perfect order

Was a small problem with my order but after an email and a returning phone call the problem was resolved and my iPad was sent the same day and received the next day, excellent price.

Phone exactly as described, fast delivery.
Recommended seller.

Ordered an open box iPhone and it came in a brand new condition although it had been previously activated then obviously returned but I can’t complain for the savings.
The only thing they could do better is actually tell you when it’s been posted and a tracking number for piece of mind.

Poor customer service and communication no number to contact them email communication and basic responses 3 days later

Good & swift customer support response and when I took the plunge and purchased the items were exactly as ordered and arrived before scheduled.

The item was as described. Thank you. The expedited delivery was not! I paid £10 for expedited delivery (1-3 days) on the 4th day post order I contacted Major mobiles to say the items had not been despatched. It was despatched by the send of that day and delivered the following day. I pointed out by email that the expedited delivery had not happened and suggested my £10 was refunded for failure to expedite. I have received no response!! Customer service is therefore very questionable

Bought the phone then received an email saying it wasn’t in stock. Emailed saying I want a refund and still no answer

There is no Tel No. to call to Talk to someone or no response from the Company once your Purchase has been made.

Had the correct spec phone with a very good price and easy order and confirmation. Slight delay in scheduling delivery due to Bank holiday weekend but corrected by next day delivery by 11a.m. More than made up for slight delay and would highly recommend and use this company again.

Ordered a new iPhone 17 over a week ago, and it still has not been delivered.
I emailed chasing it 4 days ago and and no response to my email, there is not telephone number to call them and they do not respond to emails.
Stay away!
