Bought a MacBook from Major Mobiles and the whole process was smooth and straightforward. I’d previously purchased an iPad from them too, and both times the prices were the best I could find. My order was dispatched quickly and I’m really happy with my purchase. I’d definitely buy from Major Mobiles again.

Misfiled a faulty phone under almost new phone not used just unboxed. I had to spend £10 to get the phone back to them. That should have been free. Avoid this company.

Have not received item. No indication that it has shipped despite the order being accepted a week ago. Have emailed twice with no response for a status update. Will be seeking a refund.

A great product at a fantastic price. Was a little concerned at lack of info regarding dispatch time but the response to my enquiry was quick and reassuring and the tracking info followed very soon after. The MacBook was with me within a week from ordering.

I received a prompt reply from customer services confirming availability and cost.
This was excellent value for a newiPhone.
So I placed my order expecting it to take 3-4 days as stated on their website.
I received my order the next day.
This was an excellent service provided by Major Mobiles and a good site for other products t a competitive price.

Great price, great service, fast delivery. This is my third purchase from Major Mobiles - two iPads and this iPhone 16. Their unique business model allows for substantial discounts when compared to other retailers.

Item securely delivered by Royal Mail, with appropriate delivery updates. Item brand new in box with all seals intact. I do not hesitate in recommending Major Mobiles. This iPhone 16 is great too !

I then asked if I could upgrade it to iPhone 16 256gb and paid the difference.
They didn't have one and refunded the payment without hassle

This phone is fantastic and the price is even better. The delivery times are also excellent.

The transaction proceeded without difficulty and arrived quickly. The item was precisely what it suggested it would be, namely a brand new (well wrapped) mobile cellular device (from the tangerine makers). I should also have said that the price was very keen, particularly for an item of circular orange fruit.

I was promised that my phone will be with me the next day it missed my mum‘s birthday so I refused it because I had to go out to the Apple Store and actually buy us one which caused me such a major inconvenience now I’m still waiting for my refund which was over a week ago Not a good company very unresponsive and not even paid me back my money.

Great delivery & product arrived safely and in perfect condition. .. a lot cheaper than purchasing anywhere else in Uk.
