I ordered a mirror from Maison and White. For various reasons I didn't end up putting the mirror up for over a year. When I did finally get round to putting it up, there was a slight issue. I contacted customer services and they sorted it out immediately, at no cost. Unbelievably good customer service! I expected that, after a year, I would have to just buy the item again. I will definitely be ordering from this company again.

The mirror itself is lovely.

Just fittted a soap caddy which arrived this afternoon, and I only ordered it 40 hours ago. Excellent service, price and product.
It looks wonderful above my sink. It is well designed with a really sturdy suction fitting. Well done and thank you.

Nightmare trying to get correct delivery address amended. It kept showing my name even though I amended and added to it the correct name for delivery. It also brought up a different email address than the one I put in this time

I purchased a shower caddy but it arrived with a manufactured defect meaning it was useless. Contacted customer service via Amazon and Maison and white themselves and neither were interested, both sending m back and forth to each other.
I gave up and threw it in the bin. When I told Maison and white this they replied “no problem, have a great day!”
Will avoid their products and recommend you do the same.
** Not once did I indicate the issue was resolved, I was not happy with the response via Amazon, hence contacting the company directly! I’ve accepted the loss and know not to buy Maison and White products again.

I used the site a while ago and am now ordering a second lot of plant labels. Very pleased with first order.

This is my 2nd order and I hope it's as good as the 1st which was superb. I shall wait and see but the company is excellent. Only moan they offered 20% off but no code so I had to pay the full amount. David

This is my second order with this company and the goods were lovely. One of the items was broken so I had to contact them, the website was a little tricky to contact them but once I did get hold of them they were very efficient and quick to amend the problem. The company have been very helpful since I contacted them and have since ordered more items from them.

Not bought anything from this company as yet this is the first order , hopefully my experience with them will lead to me buying lots more from them . I did find their website very easy to use and follow with no hitches . Look forward to receiving my goods soon 🙂

Items only just ordered but assume will be good as bought same on Amazon for rather more.
So, so far so good.
Certainly website seems easy to navigate. So assuming items turn up promptly and in good condition I will definitely use again.

So glad I found the kitchen knives on here that I discovered in Thailand years ago .Ordered a set along with a bamboo mag. holder , excellent ( 1year ago ).
