MailerCloud is easy to use and powerful, even though it is simple to use. It easily integrates with WordPress and I can easily manage multiple campaigns using one plugin. The support team is available at all times, and I believe that the platform can be very successful.

Mailercloud has good basic automation functionality, and nice templates that work well out of the box. For someone who searches for an inexpensive service to get a solid newsletter out with not a lot of technical background needed this is the way to go. I also use Convertkit for automated campagins, while convertkit excels at automation it is costly. Mailercloud however really is a great product for its price when you don't want to do the fancy automation stuff I need for my automated business. Mailercloud is straight forward, no complex programming needed to understand, just write and you are good to go.

The team even listened to my request for adding a functionality that was initially not available when I signed up. They gave me an ETA of 1 month to implement it and they delivered spot on. Never experienced that before!
