Seriously impressed by Mailercloud's effective support. I was facing difficulties setting up campaigns to my huge mailing list due to my inexperience. I contacted Mailercloud's support and they made everything a whole lot easier.

Great up-and-coming email service provider
Mailercloud is a great up-and-coming email service provider.
Pluses:
1. Reliable delivery of email
2. Responsive customer service
3. Great Basic Toolset
Right now, as of this review, if you're a small business or publisher with basic email needs, it's a great tool for that.
I am hoping they improve in some additional email filtering and list segmentation features. I would not recommend it for e-commerce companies.
Satisfied overall.

Mailercloud is an incredibly well built UI/UX and is very easy to navigate its many great features. Great templates and both basic and pro automations and autoresponders that are a lot easier to figure out than with some of the bigger competitors, yet it has just as much functionality, and you can even get a dedicated IP, which is super important for long term domain reputation and deliverability. Great templates, segmentation (based on any criteria you can come up with plus the basics), AI subject line creator, and even Spintax has been included for better inboxing, and they are adding new features all the time! I am very glad I signed up for Mailercloud! 5 Stars!
