I can say Natasha N is the best cleaner we have ever had. She is understanding and great with making my house look and feel like a home. She goes beyond and above her role and she does everything quicker and to perfection. I don't know about anyone else who works for the company but Natasha is the go to.

This company discriminates pregnant women. I was hired as a staff but then got terminated when the CEO knew I was pregnant. No inclusivity and lacks empathy.
Cancelled our clean with 5 hours notice, with no time to arrange another cleaner prior to selling the house. Customer service was no help with arranging an alternative. Unreliable. 10/10 would not recommend. Understand staff get sick, but don’t accept bookings you don’t have capacity to cover.

Was asked to change the day, I said yes, and scheduled a new day. Then asked to move the time on the day off to a later time. I also said yes to this. Then they ask to move it a week out. That is useless to me as I need it this week. Hence I had to booked earlier in the week and now they have moved it end of week. Then day of want to move it to the following week. This is ridiculous. All the reviews saying they are unreliable are very true.
Now I need to find time I do not have to get my place cleaned tonight and I have none of the tools required because they supply them all and I just moved house. Its absolutely ridiculous.

Located in Adelaide. Worse experience ever. This person came to our home and didn’t do anything… dusting not done, nothing felt clean. It was going to cost $449 but thankfully following photo evidence they refunded us in full. Don’t waste your time, this was a birthday present to have my house cleaned for Xmas. They do not hired experienced people, just randoms who don’t know how to clean.
Booked their service over 1 month out from when I needed it done. They cancelled the booking 6 days before the date.
Do not use this company if you have a strict schedule, they are extremely unreliable. Lots of negative reviews nearly identical to mine that I wished I read before wasting my time and booking them.
Lorena is an amazing cleaner who cleans every nook and cranny down to the finest detail. She is a lovely lady who has a bright, jovial manner and I look forward to her visits each fortnight. No wonder she has been allocated to train other m2m staff as she is an asset to the company. I hope I never lose the benefits of having her as my domestic assistant.

Paid $180 for an hours cleaning that I ended up having to clean again myself. Vacuuming not done properly, put my puppy's used training mat on my kitchen table where my family eats ( didn't expect them to pick it up they could have just left it) didn't clean behind doors marks still on walls, didn't wipe down leather sofa didn't dust down shelving, basically done nothing and got 180$ for an hours work this was supposed to be a spring clean that said it cleaned everything that needs to. Clearly not, they were out the door without even asking was there anything else or if I wanted to check it
THE WORST SERVICE EVER!!!! WOULDN"T RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO MY WORST ENEMY!

We used Maid2Match under our NDIS plan. The first cleaner lasted about 3 weeks, then she was sick, then 3 days before the next clean I was informed that she was no longer working for the company. I asked about having my house keys returned to which I was advised that she would drop them around at some stage, It wasn't until I advised that if they were returned by the Friday that the looks would have to be changed at Maid2Match's expense that I received confirmation that they would be returned on the Thursday during a specific time. Another cleaner was arranged for the Friday to arrive between 2.30pm & 3.00pm, at approx 3.15pm I contacted Maid2Match to ask if the cleaner was still coming, they tried to contact to her and at 3.49pm they cancelled the clean as they couldn't get in contact with the cleaner. I came home to ensure I was here for the new cleaner, cancelling other appointments that I had already in place, and still she was a no show. I have now wasted 2 hours waiting when I could have kept my other appointments. They charge a $50 cancellation fee if you cancel within a 24hr period, but you don't get anything when they are a no show. I have requested that all future cleans with Maid2Match be cancelled as I will no longer use their services, I have found the whole experience to be very unprofessional and would not recommend their services to anyone looking for a reliable cleaner.
