Do not trust this company!!!!!!! Terrible customer service and blame the customer for their own mistakes and the items are rags I wouldn't be able to give the items away to a charity shop let alone do anything with them myself I placed the order which took 3 months to arrive and then the item was lost by the courier they told me I had to deal with it as it is my problem and not there's after I did manage to deal with it a battered box full of the wrong item arrived so I contacted them again to be told that I was lying and they sent me the correct items they are a horrible company to deal with and you will only be disappointed by what you receive I cannot see how t shirts full of holes and rips can be jeans I really do hope others see this and stay away from such inconsiderate people trying to steal your money and not take responsibility for their actions do not use them you will only have to fight for resolution

Update: I without doubt bought the items from this company please do not let their reply fool you and I also replied to the message they sent via email

Tried to have my review removed and I am now verified after showing proof to Trustpilot this should show everyone what kind of people they are

They keep replying and trying to make excuses throwing around accusation I have never been abusive towards anyone in my life this is all lies lies but just look at the other reviews People will make their own judgement and ultimately you should not be in business.

I have given trustpilot proof of my review and they have looked at it and seen that it is genuine and I do not appreciate it you are clearly struggling to waste time on me and my experience when you should be spending your time on your other customers needs please leave me alone you are giving me a break down

Worst company I have ever used. 40% of my items were fake and then what was authentic had holes and deep stains on them

I haven't received any answer back from them after trying for 2 weeks now.

Looks like I am left with this rubbish without an explanation. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!!

Ordered a 50 t shirt bundle, I’d say around 2/3rd of the items were damaged. I found holes, deep imbedded stains, cigarettes burns & plenty without size tags or wash care instructions.

The bundle was supposed to be ‘GRADE A’ which they state /claim should have;
No holes, no tears, no staining. Absolute minor wear and tear.
The majority will have no marks whatsoever.
There may be some items that have small marks which will wash out such as dust, dirt or water marks etc.

Contacted their customer service who initially ignored my emails until I sent a second follow up email. They claim they work on a 10% error basis, which directly allows them to provide poor items, which goes against their own grading system…

After complaining & they granted a partial refund for a single item (which I wasn’t happy with as more than 1 were faulty) my emails were later ignored & 2 weeks later no refund processed,

Used this company 3 times now. First time items were very good, however, issues with the distributor meant they were 2 weeks late (not an issue) second time, items were good and arrived on time. However the third time was not so great.

Items were a week late and told it was due to a warehouse move however the packing label was purchased and placed on my parcel 5 days after the purchase was made (so after I had been in touch asking where it was). Items arrived, box of 50 clothes graded B so expected some defects however so far 20 of the 50 are unsellable and will most likely end up in the bin or a charity shop.

Of the 30 left that are salvageable many are covered in animal hair, one is encrusted with food, around 8 or 9 have no/not working zips some have sew on patches randomly sewn in places that when removed will leave multiple holes. A couple have large marks across them that won't come out when the item description states small marks. Item description also states around 10% of a lot will be bad quality which is 5. Small holes were also in the description yet some have small holes, one has the pockets completely detached from the main jacket.

As I say I expected some defects but not to this extent. I have managed to salvage 10 so far that are re-sellable, 20 that are in an awful state and aren't re-sellable and the rest I am trying to wash the dog hair and food out of.

Had hoped to use this supplier going forward however there are others out there that I will try and see if I can get better products and or delivery times.

I can't use a supplier and pay out large sums of money that have recently increased, and then receive someone else's animal hair-covered clothing and someone's dinner. Most likely going to lose money on these items now.

I had also contacted them directly, not looking or expecting any sort of compensation, just to inform them going forward they should lower the grading on the item and was told the grading was correct and that "animal hair is horrible but it will come out in the wash"

I have marked 2 star as the first two orders (though late) were good and the customer service is responsive.
