After 10 days I sent a mail asking when they were going to send my order. A few days goes by and I get a mail saying that my order was refunded. No communication at all. I wasted two weeks waiting for nothing.
Do not buy.

I was originally very unhappy with my order as it was not as described. However I have since been issued a full refund and am keeping the clothes so am overall happy with the outcome

My bundle has not arrived almost a week late from the delivery date. i want my money back

The order took a very long time to arrive, and communication from the company was slow. There were unexpected customs fees that weren’t mentioned beforehand. Over 15 of the shirts were double stitch, which was disappointing. Overall, the execution still has a long way to go. Definitely room for improvement — not a 1-star experience, but more like 2.5 stars.

Ordered a bundle on 3rd March. First time I have ordered from them so after a day or so I queried how long until my item would be dispatched. I was informed I had ordered a pre order bundle ( not sure I saw this advertised as such on the site ) and my item would be dispatched by the 22nd March.
I chased on the 24th as no notification was received and was told there was a delay and my items would be sent out at the end of March.
At this point I was fed up and requested to cancel my order which they did after a few contacts but it is now 28th March and they have still not refunded me and won’t advise when this will happen so I have now been £235 out of pocket for nearly a month.
Next stop small claims court . Avoid

Order was finally delivered after 2 weeks. I made contact with them after 4 days asking where my order was as it was down as next day delivery and i was due to go on holiday soon. They appologised saying there was a delay of about 7 days or so I agreed to wait. And fair enough the clothing was dispatched in about 5 days from when they emailed. Sadly it took 5 attempts for DPD to actually delivery my item and a further 6 days. 4 of these attempts there was lies saying they had attempted delivery (they had not i have cctv and was in) they even had the check to send me emails everyday saying as you requested we have rescheduled your delivery to another day (i had not). When I eventually got my order all was good there was only 2 items out of 50 garments not as described not enough to worry about,I work in retail and understand human error can happen in this buisness. I have marked down as the service they use for delivery is not fit for purpose, also it would have been nice for Mias to contact me advising of the weeks delay rather than it being a no show and me having to reach out to them. Even an update on their socials or something. I am however going to order again and hope this was just a one off. Customer service should be at the forefront of any buisnesss and I feel this is where they could do better. But hey we have to start somewhere. Hopefully my feed back is taken constructively. 🙏

Update, I was awarded a chargeback. On the grounds the goods were not grade A. Nor as described. And Maia’s vintage did not legitimately endeavour to have the items return, or follow their policies. As such the bank sided with me, and a full refund was obtained. Subsequently Maia’s have blocked me on their social media.

10 days later order arrives.
Well this company either handpick, get seconds off another wholesaler or buy cheap stock. As none of the fleeces were a.banger so to speak. Anything of any significant profit, was a stupid size like 3XL. Most had bald patch level wash wear, or broken zips, or holes, was shrunk or was from Primark…. What brilliant Grade A’s. According to them, wash wear is normal for second hand vintage stock.
Their website states.
Grade A

No holes, no tears, no staining. Absolute minor wear and tear.
The majority will have no marks whatsoever.
There may be some items that have small marks which will wash out such as dust, dirt or water marks etc.

Anyway, they agreed a return. After 5 days they issued a returns label. It is a drop off label. Except nowhere takes it as the boxes are heavy, and large. They then claimed they booked delivery separate. Well never had that before.
Complained in public on their Facebook. And sure enough the next day DPD arrive. Do the labels work. OFC not as they are drop off codes. Can you get hold of anyone, absolutely not.

The update is they sent an email late last night to do a public dpd collection. Fine. Well then get an email this morning from Maia’s saying they had been, I had missed them. And they had now tried all available options. Were then rude and quite threatening in their words when I said I would go for a chargeback stating they have followed their policy and tried everything. Absolutely laughable. They are also being vile after I took to their social media, and have now blocked me from their social media after giving a negative comment and replying to other people.

Honestly this company seems to be run by clowns. Probably with their own reselling business selling on their rejects on the side.

One of my favourite suppliers so far. Ordered 3/4 times and have managed to make profits on all boxes. Recently bought the 50x branded shorts that were on sale for for £120… only a couple grade B items and a few without labels.

I haven’t bought many of the higher priced items just yet so can’t speak on that but I feel confident on using these for the foreseeable future

shipping delays understandable and they’re growing rapidly which is great to see, could do with removing the next day delivery option whilst going through these delays. Other than that great company

Very good wholesaler. Placed 20+ orders with Maia’s since they started up and continue to do business with them. Any minor issues has been resolved swiftly. I’ve never had a bundle from them that hasn’t turned a decent profit. Keep it up. 😀 JKR

Absolutely shocking some of the rags that has been sent by this company. Asked me to send photos and then just ignored me for days on end. The grading looks like someone blind done it, couple of A's mostly B grade and loads of C grades in there £6 a jumper and I'll honesty be lucky to break even. With all the other bad reviews they've got I thought I'd give them the benefit of the doubt. Anything good in there bundles is stain and unsellable which is a coincidence. The men's shorts were the only half decent thing that arrived. Also paid for next day delivery and they arrived a week later. Emailed me about shipping delays, well I'm sorry but take the option down for next day delivery. 1 star company there's so many better companies out there doing the same thing for cheaper and better quality

Ordered a Tommy Hilfiger sweatshirt pack took over a week to come because of the delays we was a bit worried but it come and we’ve made our money back already and still half items left. Hopefully be ordering more when they realise more women’s on to the site

Well I made a purchase for the 70x Grade A Branded Fleeces and I was extremely disappointed.

For starters don’t bother reading the item description because it’s misleading and full of lies. They had noted that the pieces would resell for £25-£60. Yet I was like to have more than 2-3 items worth like £20, I had pieces missing out of the 70 items, I also had multiple items which were damaged to burns, missing zips, holes and non removable stains. All of this equated to more than 10%. Not only that but the other pieces are worth £0.50-£4.00 at a push, they’re all literally charity pieces with charity labels on. It’s an actual shambles.

Not all item are branded and not all items were fleeces either.

They lack communication, I have emailed them and have had to wait nearly 2 weeks. Having chased them up they finally respond but with the most pointless reply.

I offered to return the items because they didn’t match the description and it was all very misleading. They then replied saying they couldn’t do anything about it although more than 10% was damaged or never actually showed up.

It’s pretty much just a scam.

It’s just junk, tons of junk. The worse bit about you clowns are your FB ads, just and stuff up & lie. Never, and I mean never will I order from you again.

Firstly I have tried many vintage wholesalers before e.g, not another wholesale, graded wholesale ect and I have always come up disappointed especially when ordering 30 items and about 20 of them are stained badly or just not sellable.

I had been very cautious with wholesalers because of this so was unsure but thought let me just order 50 Ralph Lauren tops…

Honestly I was so shocked at how good quality and some of the tops I pulled are about x4-x5 of the price per piece and out of 50 about 4 of them had minor stains and one hole (to be expected though) compared to other suppliers who would give me about 20 stained items.

I am really impressed with the quality not to mention…next day delivery which is just a bonus as who likes pre orders?

Customer service was great aswell always kept me updated.

I would definitely recommend if your into reselling or want to start!

Bought 100 Pairs of Polo / Ralph Chino shorts and 100 Pairs of branded cargo's shorts across 2 orders. Absolutely spot on. I'm normally very wary of wholesalers due to experiences in the past, thought I'd give Maia's a go due to FindsNFlipz video's on Youtube and so glad that I did. Very very happy.

I have now placed 2 orders with Maias, The first order I had bought was 50 tnf fleece / jackets and 50 band sweatshirts which done the job and turned me a profit

I accidently placed a preorder on the wrong product from maia's I tried to buy ralph quarter zips and ended up preording ralph jackets somehow but I contacted Maia's and they cancelled it for me so great service there

I have now just got my 3rd order from maia's of 50 womens sweatshirts for £100, thats £2 a piece and I was fully expecting to be given 50 nautica jumpers for that price I thought it was too good to be true

Maia's have actually given me about 30-40 nike, adidas, tommy, north face, and even green bay packers which is actually insane for £2 a piece

I did have some problems when I first starting buying from Maia's but these have been rectified with good customer service and now I believe I have found a reliable supplier!

Ignore 1 star reviews they clearly don't understand how Vintage wholesale works. Order arrived quickly, 60x NF Jackets and Fleeces. Id say their mis-grade is accurate out of my 60 about 5-6 I wont be able to sell due to broken zips etc but on the whole I am impressed and will be using these moving forward. Looking forward to my Jan pre-orders. Thanks!

There’s actually no point ordering anything from this website. All just old rags of cotton clumped into a box nothing of actually worth.

Excellent order received today. Ordered 50 grade A Columbia fleeces and got exactly that (minus 1 or 2 with small flaws) Customer service was responsive when I reached out regarding my delivery before it arrived. Will definitely order from these again after mixed experiences with other wholesalers.

Brought Some American University Hoodies and Nautica Fleeces and 2 boxes of Leather jackets. American University Hoodie were as described as where the Nautica Fleeces. The leather jacket not so good was classed as A,B and some should have been C as some had some bad damage and stains that could no be removed. Delivery was good. Customers service ha they don't have one.
