Couldn't be happier with Mark and Cheryl's work on our snagging inspection on a new build property. Mark was very thorough and found issues we wouldn't have even thought to look for, which we could immediately inform our developer about. The report provided was detailed and had photos for every issue raised (139 in total).

Mark arrived exactly when he said he would and was very friendly throughout; he treated my entire family with respect and kindness and even put up with some development work happening on the driveway. He worked around a rather chaotic scene inside the house with boxes yet to be unpacked but remained professional and good natured.

Mark was excellent and thoroughly checked every single detail in our house. It was definitely worth it, as he found a leaking under the bath that hadn’t been identified by the builders, as well as an issue with air in the radiators. We wouldn’t have known about these otherwise. He also pointed out other important issues that had to be fixed, as well as all the aesthetic aspects to be improved. Everything was detailed in a report and sent to us promptly.

Moved into our new build 4 bedroom property recently built by Redrow. I decided to get a professional snag company in to complete a list rather than just wing it myself - so glad I did.
Very professional from MAH right from the outset, from the initial query, quote & booking process, to Marks arrival & completion of the report. Everything was brilliant! I don't understand why people spend £100ks on a house and don't use a snag company and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend MAH.
