Mark was professional and helpful. I learnt a lot about what is satisfactory from a new build. There are elements of the house I would never of known.

Mark carried out a snag list inspection at our bungalow and was exceptionally thorough. He took the time to check every room and the outside of the property in detail. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing a comprehensive property check.

Mark and Cheryl, have been brilliant throughout this snagging survey process. They both have been very professional and helpful, providing guidance when needed and explaining things, when I was unsure. Mark is very thorough with a great attention to detail, and provides a detailed digital report. It is the best money, I have ever spent for peace of mind as Mark found 131 issues on my new build. Nothing was to much trouble and Mark even accommodated my dog coming back from her walk, my dog doesn't take to kindly to strangers in the house and Mark was able to inspect the lounge first, so my dog could go straight through into lounge and not be disturbed. Mark really did create a calm environment. I would highly recommend the company. Absolutely brilliant.
