Same as everyone else I ordered back in May the Endless Arcade Station and it's safe to say that not only I have not received my purchase there's no one to reach out to at Customer Service ... Total SCAM ... These people need to be investigated and put in JAIL for FRAUD

This is an elaborate scam. I order from Instagram. I don't know why the aren't being held accountable for allowing access to their platform. I ordered the shoe organizers for what seemed to be a legit store advertising from a trusted site. Obviously not! Totally unacceptable.

Order never came. Tracking doesn’t work. They never reply to emails.

Scam site.. will ship an empty box to an unknown address and say it was delivered.. this site is now shut down and they are not answering any calls.. the address is fake and there is no company there.. Magz is a scam.. I’ve called the attorney general in NY state and they said the company does not exist!!

Where to begin. Was overjoyed with the idea of 100 shoe organizers for 99.99. This was too good to be true. Instead, I had to wait over a month with almost zero correspondence from seller. When I did get emails, it was to let me know good were shipped (they even provided a shipping number) but then the website stopped working?! How convenient, right? Finally, let them know I have filed them as fraudulent with my credit card company to get my money back. They even tried to send me a fake receipt showing they had refunded my money in goods they swore were sent out weeks ago? Who do these people think they are? Anyway, my credit card company is doing their due diligence in order to refund my money. Stay as far away from this company as possible.

The website is now down. That should tell you something. If you ordered anything, you probably never got it and you should contact your bank or credit card for a refund. It's unlikely your ever going to get whatever you ordered, just like 99% of anyone who ordered (can't say 100% because someone might have).

Order a shoe organizer at first sent to wrong address and send another one that didnt happen its been 3 months and the tracker link that they gave suddenly dissapear

Same as the other reviews. Ordered shoe organizer a month ago. Can’t get tracking info or correspondence via email. Contacting my my bank for a full refund.

Ordered a shoe organizer 12 pack on 4/19. They send out an email saying the item has shipped but there's no tracking number available, only a link to their website. Fast forward to today 6/6 and I haven't received the shoe organizer. I tried calling their number which is only an automated teller saying that their CS team is forever busy.

Then I tried looking up my order again and now the order tracking page is blank so you can't even look up anything. COMPLETE SCAM. (They don't even provide a tracking number BTW)

Good thing that I purchased with my AMEX so they are submitting a purchase dispute for me. I got too excited when I saw the ad, never again. Always look up domain age and search is this a fraud before buying online.

If I could give zero stars I would.
I orderer nearly two months ago. No updates. I have reached out multiple times, nobody has gotten back to me. It is clearly a scam website. I filed fraud with my bank.

I wish I read the reviews before I purchased shoe organizer. Order confirmed on April 14th but still nothing. I can’t even track my order any longer cuz page goes blank.

Literally searched the company name and reviews and found all my answers like someone should take this page down asap because it’s been two months since a purchases those headphones they were advertising on Instagram and now I’m pissed two months later with no headphones

Had to email twice before getting a response that shipping is slow because of 'competitive pricing'. Tracking showed 'in transit' and 'delivering' for close to two weeks and now the page itself is blank. Scam. If I could give zero stars I would.

Worse customer service ever. They take forever to respond to emails and nobody answers the phone number listed. I ordered a 100 pack shoe organizer on April 10th. Order said out for delivery on May 13th and here it is June 3rd and still nothing. I have emailed and called them many times to get a tracking number and have received nothing. I am contacting my bank now to get a refund. Would never do business with this company again and would recommend you do the same!

I wish i could have red the reviews. They have bought $70 for Shoe Organizer on 8th April but until now i haven't received it. Total scam. I tried to email but its undelivered.and i cant even track my order anymore.

Same as everyone else on this site. Ordered two months ago and still nothing. First said it was delivered to CA (I live in TX). Now “reshipped” and has been at that stage for over two weeks. Customer service keeps saying it takes 12-16 days and it’s been two months. Won’t give me a refund either. Stay away!

Ordered from them a few weeks ago for a stackable shoe rack. Haven’t received it. They won’t respond to my emails. It’s a scam.

This company is a shame and they are stealing money from people who think they are ordering products. Absolutely terrible. I’m going to my bank to get a refund as they haven’t sent the product or refunded me after they said they would.

Also they apparently sent my product to the wrong address in a different country. If at all.

Absolutely HORRIBLE. I’ve sent SEVERAL emails and they replied to ONE. Saying it would be there in 5-7 days. It’s now been 14 days since that email (they even told me they’d let me know if it would be past the 5-7 days). The tracking has said “out for delivery” for about 4 weeks now. CRAZY! Total scam!!

Placed my order at the middle of February. Still haven't received a refund or my product at all. Horrible customer service
