Hello, I made an order and by mistake, I placed it twice. Customer service informed me, and I canceled one of the orders. I still haven’t received the refund, nor have I gotten any response from customer service, either by email or phone. I’m very dissatisfie

Terrible company. Item was not what was advertised.

Rude and aggressive customer service. Avoid.

I sent an email to ask when my item would be shipped. I was told the order had already been processed and shipped. It had not. Now I'm being harassed by them. They are calling me fraudulent and saying I planned this all along! I asked PayPal to check the shipping status as the website said waiting to be shipped and customer service had said it had been shipped. I simply wanted to know when to expect it as I am going away for the month of September.
I did not claim a refund. The payment was reverted by PayPal as it was still pending after 14 days Not sure why they have included the third party international courier company's address and phone number but I am sure they will be happy with the free promotion. Guessing they thought that was my address and phone number and added it to try and get this review removed. Bad luck. I actually live in Bulgaria and use DCU to deliver from UK to Bulgaria. As soon as I received the tv box, I was going to message them and arrange payment. However, after receiving nasty emails and this reply, I don't think I will bother. As you can see from their reply to me, they are very aggressive. I don't advise anyone to order from this company. Mine is not the only bad experience.

Took my money, never delivered, never answered communications. Don't order from them.

I'm giving 2 stars because my new remote kind of works. It only kind of works because all it can do is turn on the projector and nothing else 😭😔😭
Is there anything that I need to do for it to work correctly??

took way too long to deliver, product not as bright as I expected.
I will return it but do have to pay to ship it back.

At first I was worried ab ordering from them since they didnt have that many reviews, but once I contacted them via e-mail they responded with the shipping info. It took like a week to get to portugal.. :)
Now onto the projector itself, I got the Hy300 version in white, so far it's doing what is promised, has decent brightness and the only thing that bothered me was the speaker sound is not very high, but it does the job.
I guess you can put your own speaker attatched to it? It has the aux cord hole, as well as hdmi and USB.

The control/command arrived broken (the battery compartment cover), but the projector arrived well and it works. It makes a little bit of noise when turned on, but the quality of image is good and to improve the sound experience you can connect via bluethooth to a sound bar. I noticed that the focus ring could be better, because you have to compromised a little bit and focus the central part of the projection while the sides can be a little burred.

Update (10/06/24): I love it! I used it to play Xbox (mainly) and I love it ! When i use for YouTube/ movies content the noise can be a little distractive but its fine, like i said you can connect to a sound bar and for the money its a good projector

This is a budget projector and think of it as that. If you do you'll love it. It was extremely inexpensive for its features. I'm in IT and also work with professional projectors. For its price this has every feature I want.
I bought this for my son's room for random fun. I put kids learning videos, videos of space and volcanos onto a usb stick and project them on his wall.
The built in sound is fine for this purpose but you could use an external speaker if it was that big of a deal to you. Airplay from iphone is shockingly easy vs some of the situations I've had.
The tube design where you can aim it at the ceiling is fantastic.
Is it perfectly clear, no. Is it super bright, no. But it's enjoyable to use.

Just received this projector and for the price the quality was great! Super easy to set up and link all of your streaming apps. The sound of the speaker is not great but I connected it to my echo device for sound and it worked great. Picture was much better that I expected especially since I was projecting directly onto a wall and not a screen. I later learned you can adjust the screen to the size you want which made it even better. Aupee happy with the purchase
