My 10 year old had a week here and it was brilliant!

There are different activities every day from learning about inertia to magic.

Naz was absolutely lovely as well and really inspired the children.

It's suitable for a good age range as well, from 6-12 year olds.

Both my children attended sessions in the summer holidays, they were both a little nervous at first however the staff were lovely and made them feel very welcome.
It was great to hear they had a very busy day of exciting activities and they both had fun.
Worth every penny!

A good camp. My son attended for a week in the summer holidays. He came home buzzing about the different science things he’d been up to, and genuinely really enjoyed himself. The groups are relatively small, and seem to be of different ages.

Very helpful after booking and super considerate. My children enjoyed their day at science club.

My 5 and 6 year old went to Science Camp for 2 days this summer. They absolutely loved it. They haven’t stopped talking about it as they had so much fun with the best part for them making slime and planet models. They want to go again during the next holidays.

Highly recommend, not only did the kids have fun but it’s educational and you can use childcare vouchers!

Hopefully this becomes a regular Holiday Camp offering at Trinity School as the girls would be regular attendees along with their friends who went and equally loved it

Both my children LOVED mad science - such a fun and different type of holiday club! The staff were fun and engaging and both of my children learnt new things, made new friends and have asked “when can we go again?!” :)

My son loves the experiments at Mad Science camps in particular- he talks about them for weeks afterwards which is great as when I ask him what he's been doing at school he can never remember! They do things a lot of schools wouldn't be able to cover due to costs or numbers of pupils so it's a great way for kids to get practical science experience. These camps are a refreshing change from all the holiday sports clubs on offer and it's great to know your child is continuing their learning during the break from school. The sessions are fun so the kids don't realise they're learning and they sometimes come home with what they've made during the day. They learned how to make a bouncing ball and brought them home, they also learned about how rainbows are made as part of the weather topic, how hovercrafts work (and built one) and also about Egyptians (hieroglyphics etc). They have a certificate and a sticker at the end of the day which gets proudly displayed on his bedroom wall. The staff are always friendly and they get the kids involved in activities as soon as they arrive. I can't wait to send my daughter too once she's old enough.

My little boy is 5, and he attended 10 summer max science session over the holiday!

He had a great time each day, came out buzzing with excitement and was raring to go back for more!

Booking was easy, great communication and when I needed to contact the office they could answer my query and help me with ease.

I can say nothing but good things!!

My little boy’s favourite camp leader was Jack in Ffynone in Swansea!! Made his summer :-)

My 6yr old spent a week of the most recent school summer holidays in MAD Science South Wales (Allensbank, Cardiff).
She loved it and asked to spend the October Half term there! Enough said 👍🏻

Our Son had a great time at Mad Science Camp. The activities are fantastic and the tutors are really engaging. Each day there was something different and a certificate each week to top it off! We will book again soon.

It’s rare to find an all-day activity suitable for both of my kids (age 5 & 10) but they have absolutely loved Mad Science. Friendly and nurturing staff; age-suitable and engaging activities & good value for money for the whole day!

Excellent teachers, wide mix of activities and easily accessible for all ages of kids. My son loved his classes and is itching to go back.

Really helpful staff and very kind to the kids. My kids are 8 and 10 and really enjoyed it this summer.

My 8-year-old son absolutely loved his time at Mad Science Camp in Cardiff - so much so that after the first day we added wrap-around hours so he could stay for longer! The experiments and games were all interactive and inclusive and he came home really enthused about the learning they'd done that day. The staff were really friendly and great with the children. I really recommend this experience for all budding scientists!

Our 8 year old has enjoyed Mad Science camp for the last 3 years, and he is looking forward to going again next year. He enjoys the experiments, investigations and seeing the friends that he has made over the last three summers. The staff are always kind and really enthusiastic.

First time my boys (6 & 8) have done this but they both enjoyed it. For my 8 year old who loves science he was very animated coming out of the sessions and telling me everything they had done. It was his favourite holiday club!

My son loved the Harry Potter mad science camp day.. he came with a friend but by the end had made a few more. The team all are so enthusiastic and get the children involved and in the spirit. He did another day later but wasn’t as keen (it was based around plants) and I think the venue wasn’t as big as his first but he still had a good time. Be nice to see the days itinerary and get pictures.

My daughter enjoyed mad science so much. It very engaging for children amd made science super fun. She’d really look forward to it and now says she want to be scientist.
