Mad Science of Hertfordshire - DO NOT USE
They took our money. When my child realised that the classes were not as advertsied they refused to refund the balance. They offered us a credit note which we would simply never use. She then sent an email looking for sympathy as apparently "Mad Science of Hertfordshire is a non-profit, single-mum owned business" . Does this entitle anyone to run any organisation this way.
Do not use them. Classes are not as advertised. Run by unproffesional people .

Our half term Mad Science Camp in Hitchin was cancelled at 10.30pm, two working days before the camp was due to start leaving us hardly any time to find an alternative. The cancellation was sent from an email account which was unable to accept responses. We were offered alternative camps over half an hours drive away which were obviously unsuitable. Refund process was not automatic and could not be done from the cancellation email.
