Great apartment, very close to everything you need in Balham and only a short tube ride to central London. Balham is a bustling hub with plenty of cafes, restaurants and parks nearby.

The apartment itself is very modern and clean. While there is a train line that is behind the property, it isn't that bad and train services do quieten down overnight.

The owner is great and very accommodating as well.

We styed with Madison Hill in Byrne Grds 3 flat when our completion on new home took longer than expected. Julie helped with immediate solutions and was very accommodating and helpful which was an immense help during a very stressful family move.

We had the best time at Julie’s property!

She’s an amazing host and we’ll definitely use her services again!

I’ve stayed with Madison Hill twice now and have rebooked for two more stays. They’re friendly, easy to do business with, incredibly good value for money and their property is perfect for me and sometimes my family. I use it for business and leisure and can confidently recommend them to you.

The location of this apartment is amazing. It is close to shops, green space and the underground making it ideal to get around. The apartment itself if well maintained and clean. Julie and Andrew from Madison Hill Management have been amazing. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a self-contained apartment in London.

Great communication and lovely accomodation

Madison Hill is a very helpful and welcoming host. They were flexible around my travel plans, including on my late arrival. They are very contactable and were quick to respond on my queries. On arrival I received a booklet of helpful information about the area for my stay, which was a nice touch and made my stay even better. I’d fully recommend a stay with this host.

The flat is exactly as depicted on Booking.Com. Quality of furnishings, white goods, kitchenware were good. Arrival and departures were well communicated and easy.

We have been renting flats from Madison Hill for a few years now and we have always been very satisfied. The owners, especially Julie, have been the most helpful and always there to help. The flats are conveniently located, they provide the perfect space, have all the necessary items for a comfortable stay from pots and pans to utensils to the basic coffee and tea for at least the first few days of one’s stay. The flats have always been clean and if any issues were raised, it has always been dealt with immediately. We could not have asked for a better stay, from a better company, and from a better person. Thank you!

We rented an apartment for 6-7 weeks. The apartment was very well equipped, clean and comfortable. Julie and team were so helpful and accommodating to our needs. Next time we need an apartment we will definitely go back. Great service all around.
