Purchased a football table for the grandkids for Christmas as it was half price
package arrived as arranged in good condition.
To make sure all the parts were there we assembled the table this took a few hours to do (do not attempt this on Christmas day) all parts were there and the table is brilliant would recommend to anyone wanting a football table.

Waited in all day as item was due to…
Waited in all day as item was due to arrive. Didn't turn up. Came next morning & was left outside our front gates by the road!! No msg or ring on the doorbell. Climbing frame was difficult to follow poor illustrated only instructions.

Fantastic service. Would highly recommend this company. Their customer service is exceptional. I had an issue with a slide I bought from them and without any questions asked they sent a new one which came within 2 days!

I ordered a swimming pool from madfun it was delivered a day early great service price for the pool 15ft x48 was the best I could find anywhere they are based in Wales so it does not come from abroad the driver was really pleasant and helpful and put it in my garden for me I highly recommend ordering your things from madfun

PLEASE READ BEFORE ORDERED FROM MADFUN!
This companies communication is terrible.
Understanding the covid issues with delivery I emailed them to ask before I purchased this whether they were having any issues with delivery as I wanted this for my sons birthday on the 16th July they assured me it would come next day delivery. So I ordered the TP climbing frame with slide on the 10th July four days later the slide turned up and nothing else so I email, phone and go on live chat to be ignored. Stayed in for the next 4 days with two children and a heatwave incase it turned up and still being ignored and not solved. This also left my son without his birthday present.
Finally the following Monday I have an email response saying another would be sent out. I did not receive the frame until another 4 days later again after staying in another 2 days as was told it was coming the Wednesday and then finally it come on the Thursday 29th July!! Then to realise screws and bolts are missing to connect the slide and anchors that keep it in the ground are missing just delayed this whole process even longer. I emailed my concerns to tell them I wasn’t happy with the service and they did not want to know.
I would never order from this company again and strongly advise other people to avoid.
