Clicked on Facebook ad for a “Valentines Day Gift”. I placed an order and it arrived 6 weeks after Valentines Day and 8 weeks after I ordered. There was nothing on their website about any type of production or shipping delays.

I gave them a change to fix it, but they refused to help. I ordered a package 2 weeks before valentines day (1st of Feb), and received it yesteday, March 25th ! I told them, and they didnt want to hear anything...

As everyone is saying. Total and complete scam. Never received my package. Horrible customer service. Stay away!

I don't normally write reviews but felt it was important people know how poor this customer service is. I'm not entirely convinced this company isn't a complete scam. Never got my order and am now working with PayPal to try and get my money back. STAY AWAY

Pretty much the same as other reviews, got ripped off by mademine. Ordered product, paid for express delivery, never heard from them again. It's been over a month and I can't even get a tracking number. Customer support is not responsive, at all, not even their online chat is answering.
At this point my only recourse is to file a fraud report with my credit card company to get my refund.

Awful. Ordered February 2nd, it still isn’t here. It didn’t make Valentine’s Day or my wife’s birthday on the 18th. It has been “in production” for weeks. No shipping estimate or way to track it. I demanded a refund and was told it would be a 30% fee. Customer service types in broken English with no capital letters. Scam. I just hope it shows up one day at this point

I too ordered a customized pillow to be delivered before Valentine’s Day. I ordered it in the middle of January which gave them enough time to make it and ship it. I didn’t hear anything back till after the first week of February! Thank god for Amazon Prime as I was able to order something else my lady enjoyed. Anyways, they said they hadn’t started “production” on my pillow yet so I demanded my refund so I wouldn’t be charged “30% restocking fee”. I didn’t hear anything for about a week when they emailed me back and said they had started production and it would cost me the 30%. Being the a**hole I am, I said some pretty choice words and got my refund back.. I did indeed get charged the fee but at least I got the majority of my money back.

MAJOR SCAM! PLEASE PEOPLE BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY AND DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM!!

Also got scammed by this, terrible customer service, no way to track my order on their website, my sign-in credentials don't work and their "tracking" page just brings up an Error-Not Found message.

Unfortunately, I too fell for it. No way of tracking my “guaranteed for Valentine’s Day” order and no hope that it will ever come. I don’t even know how the other reviewers have been able to get a response. I’m totally in the dark. My poor 6-year-old daughter and I thought we had come up with a great gift for my wife.

I ordered a pillow with plenty of time for it to come infor valentines day and now they are saying with the virus blah blah blah. They can cancel for 30% restocking fee or give me a 10% discount. What a RIP off. I will never order from here again. I hope no one ever orders from them. They are ripping people off and getting away with it. They need to refund all my money and keep the stupid pillow. Its already too late.

May someone please just reply my email and get my refund back? I am just a poor student who tried hard to save money for surprising my bf, but just suddenly said the order is gone bcz of the virus. I just want my 80 bucks back, and I even pay the express delivery.

Their customer service is horrible. Or should I say lack of customer service? I ordered something in the middle of January thinking that would give them plenty of time to get it to me before Valentine's Day and now I'm getting all kinds of BS excuses about the Coronavirus. Try contacting them via email and all you get is an automated response email Stating the same as. Now I'm starting to wonder when and if I get the item Is it going to be worth what I paid? Wouldn't recommend

Don’t believe their false advertising and claims that you will receive things in time. I ordered a sequins pillow purposely to get to Australia well before Valentines Day. I contacted them soon after to ensure they received it and making it. Most of the time I got return out of office response emails saying the order is coming along. Then when I get an answer they say it failed quality control test, next excuse was something about their warehouse changing and no orders were going out and now this one takes the cake....yesterday they blamed the corona virus for my package not leaving. Absolutely ridiculous the lack of customer service and sincerity in their products. I have their emails as proof. So disappointed. I ordered middle January and they have made excuse after excuse and left me empty handed. Shop elsewhere. They don’t listen.

I've ordered a personalised Christmas card and not received it. After a month, I got in touch with the company and got sent a digital copy of the card that I can print off or use as a phone wall paper? The customer service is really poor and rude. They don't even bother using capital letters in their emails. Total waste of time and money! Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Made a customised Christmas card, previewed the card, requested 10 to be printed costing £23.
They sent me 10 digital images, which is 100% not what I asked for nor paid for.
The invoice wasn't sent until the images were sent, so I was unable to query it and get a refund.
Why would anyone buy 10 of the same digital image? They offered a discount for x amount of cards purchased, this was apparently on the digital images, which makes zero sense.
I know what I ordered and this isn't it.
Complete scam.
Shady shady practise.
Do not buy anything from them.
