Worst company ever
Worst company ever! I ordered a personalised bobble head. Uploaded several photos and went back and forth with them because they couldn’t get the artwork right. So I told them I want a refund and they said I’d have to pay a restocking fee. A restocking fee for a product that hasn’t been made yet?!! It’s been almost a month and I still haven’t received my refund. Disgusting people.

Fake company!!!!!
Fake company!!!!!! They claim they are AUS company but my bank detail shows HKG! Total scam then they sent me an email saying something went wrong with my order but my payment is not reversed! STAY AWAY it is a SCAM!! I’m so annoyed at myself for not looking into it first but let my mistake be a lesson for you!

SCAM
If I could give 0 stars as a rating I would. So I literally ordered 3 personalised mugs from this website 3 years ago.. yes 3 years ago and to this day I still haven’t received them. I have emailed over and over, tried on the website chat and have got nothing in response to this yet the money was taken the day of order. This website is a SCAM and I highly DO NOT recommend you buy anything from them.

Waited a month still not received it
Waited a month still not received it , tried to contact don’t know how too but disgusting service . Says 3-7 working days to receive going on 5 weeks still not received my valentines gift.

Horrible Service/Buyer Beware/Scam
They have taken close to 2 months to get me my order when they claimed 7-10 days max and to be Australian when once they post it you see its actually from China and when asked to be refunded as I needed it for a specific date, they refused and as stated nearly 2 months and still no package, theyre thieves and horrible business service, buyers stay away and voice your displeasure with these criminals.

Save your money
Save your money, these guys are scammers. They say it's 3-5 days processing time, emailed to confirm after my order as it says guaranteed delivery by Valentine's. They tell me at minimum it's 4-6 business days for the item to be processed, I said it won't arrive in time and I'd like to cancel, now they're trying to charge me 60% restocking fee for a piece of cardboard they haven't begun processing. Shop elsewhere. PayPal dispute opened

It’s just upsetting.
I’ve bought a Spotify bedside lamp and it was terrible. I’ve got the product for girlfriend for Valentine’s Day, and there I’ve opened it up to see scratches all over the product and scratches on the inside of the glass (HOW DOES THAT HAPPEN).
I got in touch with a customer support staff and they asked for evidence. As soon as I showed the evidence. Not a word has come back. It’s like they know they’ve messed up so there’s no point to reply and have to give up a refund.
Honestly, if you’re about to buy something from here, try and find an alternative not worth it at all.

Ordered a month ago, still not received.
I didn't order a personalized product.
Generic game but apparently it's still in production.
It's a scam and it is not an Australian company
Numerous emails with them coming up with excuses and telling me to wait a few more days and then several more days.

i was so excited when i bought from the website.... and thennn when there wasn't much follow up with postage and tracking details i became sceptical and checked out this page. I. WAS. DEVASTATED. i thought it would never come! the reviews here were very poor and this was pretty disappointing. i waited only 7 days and today it turned up on my doorstep! i am so pleased with it and its quality my boyfriend is going to LOVE it! :D

Very disappointing experience
I'm pretty disappointed as well with made mine unfortunately. I got the picture wallet and while the picture was nice and clear it was just cut off on one side, which didn't look nice. Also I wanted to have the picture in the corner and smaller but they covered the whole wallet which I didn't like. I've asked them over and over again for 2 months to send me the correct one and that I'm happy to post back the old one. Like all others, I was offered a 1% refund only. And when I kept emailing they agreed to send a new one, which was exactly like the first one!! It's false advertising and I was very very disappointed. I would never order from made mine again. Communication is terrible. And so is the quality of the wallet, that's already fallen apart 4 months later. :(

Slowest postage ever. Don't be fooled.
Takes over a month to get your item even after they sting you an extra $5 for 'VIP' service. Delivery times on the website are not even close to being accurate. Give yourself 2 months to be sure that your item will actually arrive.

Crap service and item faulty
Paid for VIP priority service and express shipping and items arrived 4 weeks after order was placed, light base does not work. Not worth the money, also not made in Australia.

Was amazing just what I ordered and my partner loved it, good quality and very nicely printed. We are very happy.
Did take longer then expected to arrive, tho they sent it early, I guess that is a post issue and not a company issue.

Don’t order from this website. I ordered for Valentine’s Day and it stated “guaranteed delivery” before then and my order still hasn’t come. They also don’t offer refunds for false advertising.
