I had a major issue with the LED mask when the black wire casing cracked within the first month, causing the internal wiring to eventually snap. My first attempt to get a warranty replacement was incredibly disappointing, as support initially dismissed the defect as "normal wear" and then stopped responding to my emails altogether. However, the company finally reached out to rectify the situation. Since then
They have followed through on their warranty policy, and I now have a new replacement mask on the way. It took more effort than it should have to get proper support, but I appreciate that they ultimately took care of the issue and stood behind their product.

Refund
I have been waiting months and months for a refund. For goods that were returned, when once again, were stuck in customs. I totally understand the customs issue is not Madam Glams fault. But what I have found frustrating is the fact I have paid for these products, and have been waiting months for a refund which they are refusing to give as they have not received the products back. The issue must be with their courier, as the products I have been told are back in the country. I have been offered a store credit, but that is no use, as every order I placed, gets stuck in customs with an additional charge. So if you do order and are advised 30 days refund, don't hold your breathe for your money back!
Update: My refund has now been applied and received, unsure if to do with my review or just a coincidence?

If I could give negative ratings I would. Purchased over $100 of product in the last 2 months so excited to use due hema allergy. Well first didn’t feel quite right but gave different color a try only to have burning and itching had to immediately take off fingernails and toenails now off awful and painful dermitis. Tried posting review with pics on their sit but of course they must filter because my poor review is not there. BEWARE NOT 100% HEMA FREE!

I bought some Madam Glam products after meeting another beauty professional (A Lash Artist ) who had nothing but good things to say about Madam Glam products and suggested I try them. I purchased several gel polishes and Builder gel.
As a professional nail artist who uses alot of nail products. I used the Ivory Flakes builder gel during a booked service to do a client’s nails. My client was amazed how the finished look appeared on her nails. I usually don't fall in love with nail products that quickly. I totally understand why my friend loves Madam Glam products.

I tend to be quite particular when it comes to at-home gel products — especially in terms of texture, control, and how “refined” the final result feels.
Madam Glam stands out to me for how balanced everything is. The formulas are smooth without being runny, pigmented without feeling heavy, and surprisingly forgiving to work with. It’s easy to achieve a clean, even application without overthinking the process.

I have been purchasing from Madam Glam since 2020. I made a large purchase recently and I did not receive a single item. The response from customer service was that the items were reported to be delivered by GOFO shipping. However, I never received the items I ordered. I will no longer purchase polish from Madam Glam. Be VERY careful when checking out if you only want a one time purchase. They will covertly sign you up for their $29 VIP Membership at check out. It's VERY difficult to cancel and nearly impossible to get refunded but I'm still trying. Very shady (and expensive for the consumer) business practice.

Madam Glam gel polishes are amazing and highly pigmented.
I’m obsessed with their glossy finish it looks so professional and shiny.
I also love the VIP program, which makes it easier to get new colors and grow my collection. My manicures last up to 3 weeks. I also like that the products are vegan and cruelty-free too. Highly recommended!

Not worth custom charges
I’ve had a subscription with them for two years now, but the past year the border charges on my orders have cost more than the products ordered, ‘free’ items declared on orders and full price put on orders declared, I purposely keep my order below £135 to avoid this but last few orders I’ve had to pay £75 in border charges, I’ve cancelled my subscription also losing out on moneys already accumulated from my subscription, but it’s just not worth the charges anymore, I’ve emailed them but never received a response so unfortunately lost my custom

After the reply saying you’d reached out, that still hasn’t happened, I havnt received any emails from yourselfs, you have my email as I’m still receiving promotional emails still daily and my account is still active, I’m assuming this is a generic email to look like your appeasing customers concerns

After correspondence via email with Jane who was very apologetic, I have been refunded my border charges and also my balance remaining on my account from my monthly subscription, thank you for sorting this the customer service on her part was exceptional

I have always been impressed with the products and prompt shipping when I’ve ordered from Madam Glam, but I can now say that their customer service is also beyond compare! Very hard to Contact
I purchased polish, they charged me a monthly fee of $29.95 . I canceled right away. My second order was not correct, they asked for pictures of what I recieved. I have sent the photos 3 separate times, no responds from this company. Still waiting for response as of today 1/5/26

Updated review after great customer care response
Original experience: I'm in Europe and due to Madam Glam declaring their products in customs I ended up paying nearly as much in custom fees as the thing I ordered. Declared $90 nail polish set as $300 of chocolates! Very strange.
Experience with customer care: they also thought this was very strange and took the matter very serious. It might be a customs issue but I hope this doesn't happen to others. I did, before writing the original review, contacte customs to bring this matter to attention as I, at first, also thought it was their mistake, but they said it was not. Madam Glam was very nice and compensated me for the difference and where very quick and professional. Great service.

Kindly note that Madam Glam does not misdeclare shipments. All international orders are shipped with the appropriate documentation, including HS codes that clearly identify the merchandise as cosmetic and nail products. Because of this, there would be no reason or way for the shipment to be declared as “chocolates” on our end.
