Don't order online!
I ordered 2 pair of underwear and they shipped them separately. I received one pair so far. I ordered these on November 2nd. It is now December 5th. Still have not received them despite starting an investigation. Horrible experience. I've worked in places like this and it's not difficult. Macy's needs to rethink their customer service platform and make some serious adjustments.

I wish I could give zero stars. I ordered an item the system made a mistake and had my old address listed when I noticed I called to complain they refused to cancel or update the shipment. UPS sent the package to an access point near me. I received notification that the package was delivered, but it wasn’t scanned and the man at the store couldn’t locate the package. I tried to explain this to Macys, but they’re refusing to refund. I’m going to call and asked them to investigate this issue or I will get my bank involved! I ordered three items and the packages went to different locations, my new address, UPS Store in Silver Spring, and UPS Store in Kensington. The location in Kensington was the one who claimed to not have the package and said no one at that store signed for it. I figured it was stolen due to fraud or the delivery man made an error.
I love Macys
I love Macys. This is my first time shopping online and it’s exactly what you wood expect. Perfection!! I just love Macy’s, they’re so great! Always know what to expect!

CAREFUL PLEASE. Think twice before you order anything online from Macy's. I ordered 4 items. Returned them (very poor quality), via USPS, as instructed. No email to acknowledge receipt. No email acknowledging refund. Called several times. After many hours I learned that 1. Macy's issued a gift card without asking if I want one. Nor did they bother to send an email to this effect. 2. I was told, finally, that the gift card will be deposited into my paypal account (means of payment). I had to provide, reluctantly, my bank account information. I am still awaiting email confirmation. Just think. Who will give up sooner? I? or Macy's? of course I will run out of steam. Just think. If Macy's pulls the same trick with million customers. Net profit of tens of millions. We are easy prey. I would advise no one to shop at Macy's, certainly not online.

I have been unable to access their website on my phone and iPad for an extended period now. After researching, this seems to be a common complaint. Obviously Macy’s doesn’t care because they aren’t responding or resolving issue. No wonder the stock is tanking.
Macy’s customer service is horrible
Macy’s customer service is horrible! There are definitely language barriers creating difficulties to place an order. I opened a Macy’s credit card to use the additional 30% off Black Friday prices. I had to use Customer Service to order because I didn’t have card in hand. Needless to say it has been very frustrating and disappointing they can’t get the order correct, they even get the address incorrect! The 3rd party delivery service with Door Dash is comical. I have called more than 15 times to get things sorted out, and can’t talk with anyone who understands. Then I find out I been over charged and have duplicated charges on credit card. I will NEVER use Macy’s online again!!!! They should be ashamed. They will lose their credibility with customers and end up bankrupt.

Macy’s online customer service is the worse… Their agents Will continually lie to you with the sole purpose of receiving a good review once they hang up the phone. They are filthy dirty liars. In my most recent experience, it sounded like I was talking to individuals in the Philippines. I recently had an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience with Macy's that has completely changed my opinion of the company. After placing my sixth order, all of which were entered with different payment methods, my order was canceled due to repeated issues with their verification process. What’s frustrating is that every payment method matched the name and billing details to the mailing address, yet their system still flagged the orders and caused unnecessary delays.
Despite my loyalty as a longtime customer, I had to go through multiple attempts to verify my information, only to be met with rigid and ineffective processes. When I finally spoke with a supervisor, Benji, they were professional and assured me the pending charges would be reversed. However, by that point, the damage was done—the repeated verification failures not only disrupted my purchase but also impacted my business operations.
This experience highlights a serious flaw in Macy’s verification system and a lack of attention to loyal customers. For a brand with such a long-standing reputation, it’s unacceptable to have systems that alienate customers who provide accurate and consistent information.
After this ordeal, I have made the decision to never shop at Macy’s again. A company that cannot value loyal customers or streamline basic processes does not deserve my business. I hope Macy’s leadership takes this feedback seriously, but for me, it’s too late.

Do not order online from Macy’s! I placed an order with Macy’s, 30 minutes later found a different color that I like better from Macy’s and placed an order. When I tried to cancel the first order was told it is over the 30 minutes and they could not do anything about it that I would need to return it once it was received. The order wasn’t even scheduled to be sent out for 4 more days. Complete BS
Great Customer Service
This morning while browsing the ladies department in Macy's at Pittsburgh Mills, Tarentum PA I over heard associate, Darlene asking a customer if they needed any help after that she came up to me and offered the same in a very sincere and kind way. When I was ready to check out Darlene was the associate at the register. She continued the entire time to be so very friendly and offered suggestions. It was a pleasant experience, as we all know good customer service is very rare these days.
Macy's Customer Service is NOT focused on customer care
Macy's disappointed me by not honoring the star money I had earned. The Customer Service rep on the phone was so inefficient in getting the system-setup issue resolved. Worse still, the system wrongfully claimed the star money had been consumed. Thanks to the on-site sales associate, Toni M., who believed me, my reputation is intact. And she used her discretion to give me a discount in her effort to discourage me from canceling my account.

I seen a display that cargo pants at discounted price. When i told the sales person about it. We went to display to look at it. It was correct but the sales person said it was a mistake. if you make a mistake you honor it. It like Macys profit is more important than trusty(HONOR IS PRICES). I have a picture of display if needed. I make a mistake at grocery by not scanning item in self checkout and had bagged it. After knowing that I make mistake. I scanned them but my honor is more than few items.
In search of Spode
My mom and I were shopping today at Macy’s of Manhasset, where we had the good fortune of meeting Cleon . I was looking for holiday Spode dinnerware and they didn’t have any on display . Cleon made numerous trips to the back to find exactly what we were looking for and he could not have been kinder! It was truly wonderful to find such sincere and helpful staff . I hope Macy’s appreciates their employees!! Thank you again for all your assistance !!
