I think support is very important, when you have an excellent support you have an excellent service so in my opinion this server is the best. I am enjoying you from 2012 and I don't have any complain. (My English is not good I am from Colombia)

Every time my website is due for domain AND hosting renewal I am told the renewal process in in progress. I pay up to a month in advance. Yet my website goes dark on the renewal date. It has taken up to 4 days to get M2Host to get my website back and active. This has happened to the few websites hosted on M2Host. I have asked about updating their database so renewals take place on time. That has not happened. If the renewals are automatic like my payments I would give 5 stars. What a hassle I have every year to get my website working properly. Today not even Live Chat is responding. Waiting so far almost 30 minutes.

Cuidado! Un buen precio inicialmente pero al siguiente año luego que pagas nuevamente envían una segunda factura indicando que los precios han subido y obligan a pagar la segunda factura o suspenden el servicio.

NO RECOMENDADO!!

Divinos!... Soy cliente de M2host hace más de 7 años y siempre tienen una solución para todo. Incluso su soporte va más allá...Los super recomiendo.

Their 24/7 online support team solves all my problem. They do not only solve problems directly relating to hosting, but provide additional support in resolving problems I had with WordPress, themes and plugins.
